WATCH: Powerful New MAHA Alliance Ad, From American Men to Kamala Harris: 'It's Not Us, It's You'

Townhall Media

In this 2024 election season, it's well into "closing the deal" time. Donald Trump and JD Vance are hitting the battleground states hard, and Kamala Harris is... hanging out with entertainers.

On Saturday, an advertisement not from the Trump campaign but from the "MAHA (Make American Healthy Again) Alliance" came out, and I have to say, it's one of the most powerful political advertisements I've seen in quite a while. It speaks to one of Harris' weaknesses - men.

Watch:

The ad begins:

Dear Kamala Harris. Let's get one thing crystal clear. The vast majority of American men have no issue with electing a female president. Our issue lies solely with you. You were second in charge of California for 13 years. (New voice) As Attorney General of California, Harris promoted enforcement of a law that allowed prosecutors to seek jail time for parents of truant kids.

The ad continues with Kamala Harris' own words:

As a prosecutor and as law enforcement, I have a huge stick. So I decided I was going to start prosecuting parents for truancy.

That's a bafflingly obtuse idea. Alameda County Public Defender Brendon Woods is quoted in the ad saying, "I thought that was crazy." But that's what happened. Several parents are presented who were actually arrested under Kamala Harris's policy, by cops who Kamala Harris is quoted as telling, "When you go over there, look mean."

One mom had a handicapped daughter who missed school due to being sick and in the hospital. That mother was arrested. One parent described losing her home over the legal entanglement.

This is hard-hitting stuff, and it speaks to the very real problem with Kamala Harris, not just among men but for anyone who actually looks into her background, her history, and the trajectory of her career. There is just no "there" there. Kamala Harris has no core principles. She has no convictions. She is a creature of expediency, doing or saying whatever she thinks will yield her an advantage at any given moment.

She describes herself as an "Indian-American woman" in one instance, and as a "Black woman" in another; she is staunchly anti-Second Amendment until she perceives an advantage in claiming to be a gun owner, on which note you can count me as extremely skeptical. Examples abound, but the thumbnail is this: She can't be trusted. That is becoming apparent not to just American men but American voters, and the polls are starting to reflect that.

MAHA Alliance's ad closes with this brutal message to Harris:

As men, and protectors of women and children, you are simply a risk we're not willing to take.

I have to agree, as an American man myself. I would have no issue voting for a woman for president if she represented my values: Liberty, private property, individual rights, minimal government, low taxes, and putting the liberty and rights of the American people above and beyond any other consideration. I'd vote for such a candidate in a trice, no matter what plumbing they had.

And as an American, I can agree with many other Americans, who are sending the message to Kamala Harris: "It's not us, Kamala. It's you."
