The last 48 hours have been a bad time to be a Hezbollah goblin in Lebanon. Electronic devices have been exploding, killing Hezbollah fighters and sending others to the hospitals; on Wednesday, a second wave of explosions rocked Hezbollah members. This time the devices involved appear to be hand-held radios.
A second wave of blasts rocked Hezbollah on Wednesday as radios and other devices used by the terror group were detonated across Lebanon, security sources and witnesses said.
Additional explosions were reported throughout the capital of Beirut and in the country’s south following Tuesday’s massive security breach that caused Hezbollah pagers to explode, killing at least 12 people and injuring another 2,800.
Two-way radios & more pagers appear to have just been detonated in areas of #Beirut, the #Bekaa & elsewhere in #Lebanon -- all about 20mins ago.

The devices involved, as noted, are more pagers, but also two-way radios. This is significant for several reasons, especially in the context of the operation as a whole. RedState has covered previous developments:

The psychological aspects of this operation just keep getting more and more apparent. First pagers, now hand-held radios; the message to Hezbollah is very clear, that whoever is doing this - Israel has not admitted any responsibility - has a wide reach. After these events, every Hezbollah goblin will be reluctant to not only look at his pager or his hand-held radio but to start his car, use his microwave, or even turn on a light. Now every electronic or electrical device is potentially a grenade with the pin pulled and the fuse burning.
An unnamed "American official" has reportedly confirmed to the Associated Press that Israel is behind the attacks.
An American official told the AP that Israel briefed the United States after Tuesday's attack, in which small amounts of explosive hidden in pagers were detonated. The person spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the information publicly.
When asked this morning about Tuesday's pager explosions, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said "the United States, did not know about, nor was it involved in, these incidents.
"And we're still gathering, the information and gathering the facts. Broadly speaking, we've been very clear and we remain very clear about the importance of all parties avoiding any steps that could further escalate the conflict that we're trying to resolve in Gaza," Blinken added.
Israel has not claimed credit nor admitted responsibility for the attacks. Hezbollah has nonetheless vowed revenge for the explosions. How they will carry that out when they can no longer trust their everyday devices not to explode, well, that's not at all clear.
