Jen Psaki Circles Back to Kamala, Blames Bigotry for Her Unpopularity With Americans

Jen "Circle Back" Psaki really needs to learn to read the room.

In her latest outpouring of bunkum, the former White House spokesdroid and current MSNBC host claims that, while Kamala Harris is the best replacement should Joe Biden have a sudden rush of brains to the head and drop out of the 2024 presidential race, America is too "sexist and racist" to elect her.

MSNBC host Jen Psaki declared Vice President Kamala Harris is the best candidate to replace President Biden as the Democratic nominee if he withdraws, while mourning the "sexist" and "racist" country that might reject her.
The former Biden flack made the point during a Wednesday interview on the "Pod Save America" podcast, singing Harris’ praises as a campaigner and communicator. She also defended the vice president from criticism that she’s too unpopular a candidate for the top of the ticket.

Hint: Kamala Harris is too unpopular a candidate for the top of the ticket. She's also too ill-informed and too incompetent to be president. She's a walking Dunning-Kruger Effect display, and as for how she got her start in politics, the less said about that, the better.

"There’s a lot of really amazing Democrats on the bench, but because of the timeline and everything, I think it is clearly Kamala Harris," Psaki told podcast co-host Jon Lovett about Harris being the best alternative to Biden.
However, she later posed a theory as to why the vice president isn't more popular: "It’s almost like public opinion hasn’t caught up with what she is doing out there, and also we live in a country that is sexist and racist, so, like, there is that."

It would be interesting to see who some of those "really amazing Democrats" are. The impeccably coiffed Gavin Newsom, who seems determined to complete his self-assigned task of destroying California? "Pothole Pete" Buttigieg, who couldn't manage South Bend, Indiana, much less the United States? Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, who thought the COVID panic was sufficiently dangerous to put the purchase of vegetable seeds off limits?

Where are these "really amazing Democrats?" For nearly fifty years, I've been watching politics like a lot of guys watch sportsball, and I've never seen a national party with such a weak second team.

Jen Psaki is certainly not one of these "really amazing Democrats." If cognitive dissonance were jet fuel, Jen Psaki could circumnavigate the globe a thousand times and have enough left over to run down to Delaware to hang out with Joe Biden on his next beach vacation.

America isn't "too sexist and racist" to elect Kamala Harris. America has 12 state governors who are women. Sixty women have served in the United States Senate, with 25 in that chamber at the moment. Three hundred and seventy-six women have served in the House of Representatives, with 126 currently serving in that chamber. Four of the nine members of the Supreme Court are women. And as for being too "racist," the country has elected a black president - twice.

The United States is not a "racist or sexist" country. The United States is - we can hope - a nation that is too smart to elect Kamala Harris as president. That's not due to any bias; it's just because Kamala Harris is a terrible politician.
