You remember Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA). He's the former governor of Virginia who's now the commonwealth's junior senator. He's a Catholic who loves abortion. He'd like to nuke the Second Amendment. And the more illegal aliens in the U.S., the happier he is.
Oh, and he was Hillary Clinton's vice presidential pick back in 2016. As one of his constituents, I like to think of him as Tim "Jazz Hands" Walz 1.0 – Tim Kaine was "weird, white beta male trying to be normal, but failing miserably" before his party and the "other Tim" made it popular.

Quite the pair, those two.
Ever since Donald Trump sent the dynamic duo of Clinton-Kaine down in electoral defeat nearly a decade ago, Sen. Kaine has been determined to be one of the president's fiercest critics and the proverbial t*rd in the punchbowl in attempts by the administration to get legislation through the Senate.
More recently, as a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, Kaine has been the chief – and, so far, unsuccessful – proponent of enacting a War Powers Resolution to rein in President Trump over the Iran military strikes that began February 28. Kaine has called the strikes "illegal" and maintained that his Republican colleagues have abandoned their constitutional duties.
Kaine seems to have other kinds of military strikes on his mind these days, too; namely, the strikes on narco-terrorists carried out in the Caribbean last year by the Trump administration.
In an August 3 letter to the White House, Kaine wrote that "he had reviewed a so-called “execute order” signed by the president, which includes targeting criteria for the boat strikes, said the strikes on vessels in the Pacific and Caribbean, which began last September, have likely "killed individuals who are not involved in narcotrafficking."
“You selected numerous organizations for targeting,” Kaine wrote, addressing Trump. “That target list is classified so I cannot reveal it.”
“Importantly, the classification of the list means that those you have asked the Department of Defense to target are entirely unaware that they are marked for execution,” he said.
Some of those hit by the strikes, said Kaine, “are murder victims."

'MURDER VICTIMS': Democratic Sen. Tim Kaine accuses the Pentagon of killing people uninvolved in narcotrafficking during the Trump administration's boat strikes against alleged drug traffickers in international waters.
In a letter to President Donald Trump dated Aug. 3, Kaine wrote that his review of classified directives, a DOJ legal opinion and strike notifications "makes clear that the United States is engaged in violent and fatal attacks against people far beyond those whom the OLC opinion claimed could be lawfully targeted."
The White House fired back, with spokesperson Anna Kelly saying all strikes "have been against designated narcoterrorists bringing deadly poison to our shores" and that Trump "will continue to use every element of American power to stop drugs from flooding into our country."
And there you have it. Sen. Tim Kaine has apparently appointed himself as defense attorney for all those people found racing narcotics through international waters on behalf of organizations that the U.S. has designated as narco-terrorists. Sure, Americans may be dying by the thousands from the poison those groups traffic into the country, but Kaine is much more outraged when the bodies dropping belong to the narco-terrorists.
What a world.
