ICE Nabs Illegal Alien Trucker Let Loose by Biden After Crash That Killed Amish Family Members

The issue of foreign nationals with commercial driver's licenses (CDLs) is back in the news this week after a Kygryzstani national allegedly crashed his semi-truck head-on into a van, killing four of the people inside. The victims were reportedly from the local Amish community.

The accident occurred Tuesday on Indiana's State Road 67 near County Road 550 East, after a semi going eastbound slowed down for traffic, causing a second semi to swerve into oncoming traffic in order to avoid a rear-end collision. The van, which was headed westbound, was hit head-on by the swerving semi.

That second semi was being driven by 30-year-old Bekzhan Beishekeev, a Kygryzstani national who entered the United States in December of 2023 using the Biden administration's CBP One cell phone app; he came into the U.S. through the Nogales, Arizona, point of entry and, according Fox News' Bill Melugin, was released "via parole by the Biden admin."

Police say 30-year-old Bekzhan Beishekeev was driving on SR 67 in Jay County, Indiana when he didn’t stop for another slowed semi-truck, swerving instead into oncoming traffic and crashing head-on into a van, killing four people, several of whom were reportedly Amish, according to local media.
ICE records show Beishekeev is now in ICE custody, meaning local law enforcement honored a detainer and already handed him over.
A reminder, the Biden era CBP One cell phone app allowed 50,000 to 60,000 otherwise inadmissible aliens to enter the US legally every month for two year humanitarian parole grants. President Trump terminated the program the day he was inaugurated, and has since turned it into a self deportation app.

Beishekeev, who is now apparently a resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was initially held in the Jay County Jail before being transferred to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainment center. The Department of Homeland Security took to X on Thursday afternoon to decry the fact that the foreign national had been issued a CDL by "Josh Shapiro's Pennsylvania." Shapiro is the Democrat governor of Pennsylvania and a potential 2028 presidential candidate.

FOUR PEOPLE KILLED BY ILLEGAL ALIEN SEMI-TRUCK DRIVER.
On February 3, Bekzhan Beishekeev, an illegal alien from Kyrgyzstan, was traveling on an Indiana highway when he allegedly failed to brake for a slowed semi-truck in front of him. Police say he swerved into the westbound lane and slammed into a van carrying up to 15 passengers. Four people were killed in the crash.
Beishekeev illegally came to the United States using the Biden administration’s disastrous CBP One app and was released into the United States. Even worse, Josh Shapiro’s Pennsylvania issued him a commercial driver’s license.
Sanctuary politicians must STOP issuing commercial driver’s licenses to illegal aliens before another American is killed.

Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy said in December that the Trump administration had made significant progress in getting commercial truck-driving illegals off the roads, exclaiming, "We’ve now knocked 9,500 truck drivers out of service for failing to speak our national language — ENGLISH! This administration will always put you and your family’s safety first."
