The more you pull the thread on the chaos and corruption currently overtaking Minnesota, the more you see clearly the ways that the Democrat Party is both the beast and the feeder of the beast.
Take, for instance, Jamael Lundy. Lundy is a top aide to Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty; he serves as her intergovernmental affairs coordinator, which means his job is to interact with local, state, and federal officials. Lundy also runs a company called, “Homes for Homies Property Management LLC,” which claims to “provid[e] affordable housing for those struggling with credit and criminal backgrounds.”
Oh, and Lundy is married to St. Paul City Council member Anika Bowie. He's got the perfect progressive resume, including stints with Minnesota House Rep. Carlos Mariani (D), the Democrat House Caucus Campaign, Democrat Rep. Betty McCollum (MN-04), and the state teachers' union.

Lundy's boss, Mary Moriarty, of course, is backed by organizations that receive funding from George Soros. It's pretty much a given these days that liberal hellscapes like Minneapolis, where lawlessness rules, are being propped up by Soros and his ilk. Moriarty is apparently under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice for taking "racial identity" into account when deciding who to charge.
Now, we're learning that civil servant Lundy was part of the cabal that stormed Sunday services at Cities Church in St. Paul. In fact, Lundy was interviewed by livestreamer Don Lemon – who could face federal charges for his role in the ambush – as the mob organized in the church parking lot.
“People are fighting back and organizing, in large part without support from officials, local officials. There are some people who want to be involved, local officials, but they’re doing this all on their own, this is all grassroots,” Lemon said. Pulling a member of the crowd out at random, he asked: “Without giving out what the operation is, why are you out here?”
The man turned out to be Lundy, who answered: “I’m here to support our community activists. I’m currently a candidate for Minnesota State Senate District 65. I feel like it’s important if you’re going to be representing people in office, that you’re out here with the people as well.”
Lundy is later seen inside the church, appearing to raise his fist in defiance, chanting the name of one of the church pastors and screaming, "OUT, OUT" and “Who shut this down? We shut this down.” One of Lundy's fellow agitators was heard shouting, "This ain’t God’s house, it’s the house of the devil."

Don Lemon interviewed Jamael Lundy from the crowd at random and asked him about how the crowd was "grassroots." But Lundy is the Intergovernmental Affairs Coordinator for Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty, handling the prosecutor's communications with federal officials. pic.twitter.com/iq5WX3xf93

@HarmeetKDhillon is already investigating Moriarty for taking "racial identity" into account when making charging decisions, and HUD is investigating Minneapolis for giving minorities preference when it comes to housing subsidies. Lundy is involved in both. pic.twitter.com/pWYprbzYt4

Homes for Homies, which he runs while working for the local prosecutor, seems to amount to taking Section 8 vouchers from the feds and intentionally steering them to people "of color" and (this FB post implies) also illegal immigrants. pic.twitter.com/tMeQTADTZm

This "Homes for Homies" operation sure sounds like it could be part of the larger Minneapolis housing scam currently being investigated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development over discrimination that may have occurred when federal housing funds were steered toward “people of color, Indigenous people, and/or immigrant communities.”
Minnesota Democrats are not so much a political party as they are an organized crime operation. They have built a self-rewarding ecosystem where Soros-backed prosecutors protect activists, activists intimidate citizens, federal dollars bankroll “nonprofits” and housing schemes. No one is ever held accountable, of course, and it's unlikely that Jamael Lundy will be, either. He is the inevitable result of a party that has abandoned law, order, and decency in favor of power, grievance, and chaos. And he'll likely win his election.
Editor’s Note: Democrat politicians and their radical supporters will do everything they can to interfere with and threaten ICE agents enforcing our immigration laws.
