Salem Media, owner of Townhall Media and RedState, is making a big move that is sure to delight conservatives: Scott Jennings and Alex Marlow will team up to take over the 12:00 p.m. ET to 3:00 p.m. ET radio slot previously held by The Charlie Kirk Show. It'll be a one-two punch of conservative goodness, with Marlow, editor-in-chief over at Breitbart, covering the first hour as a lead-in for Jennings, who'll take over for the final two hours.

Jennings, who's gained a huge following due to his hilarious, bare-knuckled takedowns of leftists on CNN, joined the Salem Media Radio Network earlier this year with a one-hour daily show. He paid tribute to the legacy left by Charlie Kirk and thanked the Turning Point USA team for shepherding the radio show in the difficult days following Kirk's assassination.

Marlow is the host of The Alex Marlow Show Presented by Breitbart News, which is currently part of the Salem Podcast Network. He, too, spoke kindly of Kirk and noted some of the conservative media giants that helped him launch into the space, including Andrew Breitbart, Larry Elder, and Dennis Prager.
“Even before I became the first employee of Breitbart News and a mentee of web pioneer Andrew Breitbart, I was a talk radio junkie. It has been a constant part of my media diet since I was a teenager and has informed my news judgement as I lead Breitbart's virtual newsroom,” said Alex Marlow. “Many of the hosts that have captured my attention and imagination over the decades are or were on the Salem dial. The Marlow-Jennings duo will be taking over the important 12-3 p.m. radio time slot that was made legendary by the late Rush Limbaugh. Fans of The Charlie Kirk Show will be happy to know that it will continue on as part of the Salem Podcast Network. The show's executive producer, Andrew Kolvet, said the team "is excited to continue the live show and podcast in other venues" and graciously added that "Alex and Scott were the perfect hosts to take over on the radio portion."
The Alex Marlow/Scott Jennings takeover will begin on Monday, January 5, 2026.
