He’s rich. He’s really, really rich. He’ll fund his own campaign. He can’t be bought.

Keep repeating that on a loop. It’s all we heard through the primary season by his loyal Branch Trumpidian cultists.

Now, in the midst of a day that has been rife with reports of infighting and turmoil within Trump’s ranks, the firing of campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, and resignation of top adviser and head of communications, Michael Caputo, we get news of just how barren the cupboards are with Trump’s campaign finances.

This would explain the urgent call for finances over the weekend.

It’s ok, though. That self-funding will kick in soon.

Or we could all wake up and have a good laugh over this collective nightmare that has been forced on us.
