Add Billionaire Mark Cuban to Those Who Now Want to be President

Sure. Why not?

Billionaire businessman and owner of the Dallas Mavericks, Mark Cuban, is a name you can add to the list of those who have no experience in government, but who have been encouraged by the Trump phenomena to run for the highest office in the land.

After all, it’s not like the presidency is hard. All you need is a high profile and tabloid TV (see: Fox News).

From the Washington Examiner:

“Billionaire businessman Mark Cuban opened the door to a presidential run in 2020 or 2024, saying he wouldn’t rule it out.

‘It’s too early to tell,’ Cuban said during an appearance on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” ‘I mean, depending on what happened with, you know, whoever’s elected, depending on what happens with the economy because the reality is, there’s so much uncertainty with the economy. And neither candidate really has come up with anything even relevant to the economy, you know? And so, we’d have to see what happened.'”

He already sounds more presidential than the gilded toad.

Cuban went on to say that he believes Trump can win.

“’I think Donald has a real chance to win, and that’s scary to a lot of people,’ Cuban said.”

You said a mouthful there.

“’But what’s scary about it to me is that you can see him now trying to do what he thinks is right to unify the party. And he’s listening to everybody, which is fine on the surface. But what’s also happening is it’s coming across as if he’s proposing things based off the last person he talks to.’”

GEE… ya think??

That’s all the more reason to have the gilded toad surrounded and buffered by really good people. We know he’s incapable of cobbling together any rational or sane plan on his own. If there’s any risk of being stuck with this nightmare, that’s what needs to happen.

Cuban also expressed a willingness to be on the Democrat ticket as Hillary Clinton’s running mate, but insisted she would have to move to the center on issues, which is not likely to happen.

I can see the next presidential race shaping up, already.

Cuban vs. Kanye, anyone?
