Samantha Power was Obama’s ambassador to the United Nations during his second term. Some have argued that Power was “Obama’s brain” when it came to his foreign policy, as she was a proponent of diplomatically engaging with our enemies, as she described in a 2008 memorandum, Conventional Washington versus the Change We Need, that formed the first elements of Obama’s disastrous foreign policy. This misguided policy led to 8 years of chaos in the Middle East as manifested by the “Arab Spring,” which succeeded in reverting Libya to its slave-trading roots, the Syrian civil war and the subsequent flood of Syrian refugees into Turkey and Europe, and the creation of ISIS.
The woman pursued Obama’s globalist policies as UN ambassador and never met a dictator or socialist that she didn’t like. She was also responsible for unmasking Americans and violating their Fourth Amendment protections, for which she has never been held accountable. Ask yourself why would she, as UN ambassador, be involved with ANY unmasking actions!

Along the way she married Cass Sunstein, a leftwing “legal scholar” who was the administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs during Obama’s first term. You can thank him for helping develop Obama’s draconian regulatory scheme that suppressed business and economic growth for 8 long years that President Trump has unwound over the last three years. The cultural Marxist Sunstein also co-authored a book entitled, Nudge: Improving Decisions About Health, Wealth, and Happiness, in which is proposed that the word marriage would no longer appear in any laws, and marriage licenses would no longer be offered or recognized by any level of government.” This guy presumed to know better than the human experience over the last 5,000 years and would have willingly turned American society upside-down in pursuit of his Marxist theories.
Sunstein and Power are quite the leftwing pair to draw to, in poker terms. Leftists, globalists, and “soft Communists” to the bone. They support the global system of international treaties, alliances, and organizations that have been set up since World War II that have essentially been used to constrain the US on the international stage, as well as transfer US wealth to other countries, especially China. They are probably aghast that President Trump is the first president to actually confront China and endeavor to reset the US-China trade balance.
So it is particularly galling to see Power join the Democrat chorus in condemning President Trump’s actions to control and minimize the worldwide coronavirus pandemic. She and they are silent about the President’s early implementation of a China travel ban, as well as its extension to Italy and Iran. Rather, she and they complain – without a shred of evidence – that the President has made America “less safe” through cuts to the CDC (a complete lie) and refusing to acknowledge that the Coronavirus Task Force has been up and running and meeting daily for over a month. Her motives are transparent in this Friday tweet:

Give me a break! Walls work every time they’re tried, and the best way to keep Americans safe is to prevent people with the coronavirus from entering the US in the first place. Stop the coronavirus at the border, and no Americans get sick. She unmasks herself as the globalist she is by claiming that “no leader can turn back the clock on [the] world’s integration.” The fool doesn’t realize that globalist-implemented supply chains are the transmission belts for spreading the coronavirus around the world. That’s one real downside (among many) of the globalist claptrap that she and her ilk have been pushing for decades.
Iran’s coronavirus outbreak quite probably was transmitted via one of those global supply chains from Shandong, China. Shandong Qiwangda Petrochemical Co. Ltd appears to have been involved in an illegal oil for gold trade, and one result was transmission of the virus to unsuspecting Iranians. It is also noteworthy that both Iran and Italy are hubs for China’s One Belt, One Road (OBOR) economic initiative, and both countries are now hotspots for the virus. Watch what happens when African countries – notoriously slow to report medical statistics – start reporting coronavirus outbreaks, as the OBOR initiative involves over 50 African countries.
Globalism facilitates pandemics, Samantha. And you continue to bleat that nobody can – or apparently should even try to – stop “global integration”? Your coronavirus comments are nearly as stupid as your views on foreign policy and globalism in general. Stop trying to politicize the coronavirus and propose solutions – if you have anything concrete to offer. But then you Democrats never have any positive proposals, do you?
Fortunately for Americans, the President doesn’t listen to the likes of you. We’re in good hands.
