Joe Biden Just Named the Pennsylvania Transgender Secretary of Health to be Assistant Secretary for Health and That Is Really Not Good

Today, Joe Biden announced the nomination of Pennsylvania’s transgender secretary of health, Richard “Rachel” Levine.

Other that being the “first transgender to receive Senate confirmation” (I’ll leave out some obvious jokes here)

President-elect Joe Biden announced Tuesday that he will nominate Rachel Levine, Pennsylvania’s top health official, as his assistant secretary of health. Levine, a pediatrician, would become the first openly transgender federal official to be confirmed by the U.S. Senate.

“Dr. Rachel Levine will bring the steady leadership and essential expertise we need to get people through this pandemic — no matter their zip code, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability — and meet the public health needs of our country in this critical moment and beyond,” Biden said in a statement. “She is a historic and deeply qualified choice to help lead our administration’s health efforts.”

As Pennsylvania’s secretary of health, Levine has risen to national prominence for leading the state’s public health response to the coronavirus pandemic, despite repeated and ugly attacks on her gender identity.

If confirmed as assistant secretary of health, Levine would be the highest-ranking transgender official in the U.S. government.

This is a hideous choice and one that can only be explained by Joe Biden’s subservience to two gods, neither of which are found either the Hebrew or Christian Bibles. The first is the worship of the “first [fill in your racial/ethnic/sexual minority here]” to hold as certain post as if immutable characteristics such as genitalia or melanin (or variable ones such as mental instability) were, themselves, qualifications for office. The second is his utter obeisance to the cause of transgenderism.

Regandless of Levine’s desire to be something that he is manifestly not, that would be a woman, Levine’s character makes “her” unsuitable for confirmation and “she” should not be confirmed. In an earlier post, Joe Biden Claims That President Trump Could Save Everyone From Dying From Wuhan Virus and CNN’s Doctor Agrees, I make this observation:

Factually, it is beyond absurd to say that any action taken by the federal government contributed in any way to a single death. If you want to search for blood-soaked hands, then look at New York’s Andrew Cuomo and Michigan’s Gretchen Whitmer, who forced nursing homes chock full of the most vulnerable citizens to accept patients with Wuhan infections and, in the process, carried out a virtual genocide of the elderly and infirm. If you really want to see malicious and callous acts, then check out Pennsylvania’s Health Secretary Richard, uh, I mean Rachel Levine, who, while ordering Pennsylvania nursing homes to accept Wuhan patients, removed his own mother from a nursing home to keep her safe.

Putting Levine in charge of health is sort of like making Jeffrey Dahmer the White House chef.

Think about the cold-blooded, premeditation necessary to take action to save your own mother while condemning thousands of infirm and elderly Pennsylvanians to a preventable death

As the obvious child abuse of inflicting genital mutilation and hormone therapy upon kids who cannot possibly make an informed decision in the service of mainstreaming transgenderism reaches a crisis state, the worst person to make policy is someone who is clearly incapable of dispassionate evaluation of the facts.

In a sane nation, Levine would have been indicted for manslaughter in Pennsylvania and not be in line to establish health policy for the nation. But then, in a sane nation Joe Biden would not be on the cusp of becoming president.
