EEOC Rules That Employers Can Require Employees to Get Wuhan Virus Vaccine in Order to Work

I think we all knew this was going to happen.

In an update to a webpage titled What You Should Know About COVID-19 and the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act, and Other EEO Laws, the EEOC issued guidance to employers that permits them to require proof of Wuhan vaccination by workers and gives them the authority to bar unvaccinated workers from the workplace.

This is how CBS reports it:

With the first doses of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine now being administered in the U.S., the federal government is giving employers around the country the green light to require immunization for most workers.

In general, companies have the legal right to mandate that employees get a COVID-19 shot, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) said Wednesday. More specifically, employers are entitled — and required — to ensure a safe workplace in which “an individual shall not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of individuals in the workplace.” That can mean a company requiring its workforce to be vaccinated.

The authority comes from the purported right of an employer to make a definitive judgment about whether an unvaccinated employee presents a direct risk to customers and co-workers.

Like anything else dealing with this self-inflicted crisis, there is an amazing amount of bullsh** involved. Basically, businesses are forced to follow CDC guidelines. Not because the guidelines are either science-based or could pass for common sense under even a dim light, but because insurance companies are almost certain to require vaccinations in order to retain liability policies.

One thing that caught my eye is that the guise under which employees would be barred from work is that they could, even without the disease, give the disease to others. But we are being told that getting the vaccine does not prevent you from spreading the disease. This is how the abortionist who is now a medical commentator for CNN explains it:

This is the main reason why we can’t stop wearing masks right after we get the vaccine. The vaccine will protect you from getting ill and then ending up hospitalized. But it’s possible that you could still carry the virus and be contagious to others. So those who get the vaccine should still be wearing masks and practicing physical distancing.

All in all, this leads us back to this virus being used as a weapon to attack civil liberties. This is a way of forcing mass inoculation of our population with a vaccine that was rushed into production. If the purpose of the vaccine is to protect individuals, they need to have the agency to make that decision for themselves. In the case of the Wuhan vaccine, unlike any other vaccine, we are going to be forced to submit to the vaccination as the price of being allowed to work.
