The campaign of billionaire midget Michael Bloomberg has just been hit by a Washington Post expose that reveals the abusive work environment Bloomberg nurtured at his company and disregard, it seems, for women as anything but a sex aid. There are two parts to the expose. The first is the publication of an unauthorized pamphlet put together by a Bloomberg employee called the “Wit and Wisdom of Mike Michael Bloomberg.” It is composed of things that Bloomberg has said in front of employees. Much of it is banal business adages that boil down to the customer is dumb and buy-low-sell-high with a dash of high school locker room stuff…someone must’ve passed them on to Bloomberg because it is doubtful he’s ever been in a locker room that didn’t have a masseuse. But some are, as the left says, problematic:

“What do I want? I want an exclusive, 10-year contract, an automatic extension, and I want you to pay me. And I want a blow job from [name redacted]. Have you seen [name redacted] lately? Not bad for fifty.”

It (the company’s financial information computers) will do everything, including give you a blow job. I guess that puts a lot of you girls out of business,”

I know for a fact that any self-respecting woman who walks past a construction site and doesn’t get a whistle will turn around and walk past again and again until she does.

“The Royal Family—what a bunch of misfits—a gay, an architect, that horsey faced lesbian, and a kid who gave up Koo Stark for some fat broad.”

There is nothing in the “Wit and Wisdom” that is going to hurt Bloomberg with humans but there is nothing worse than a rich midget being vulgar and un-funny and making you laugh at what he said because your livelihood literally depends upon it.

One can’t help but notice that Bloomberg.com, true to its word, did not break this story. They are still flying top cover for their owner and his Democrat buddies.

The real danger lies in some court filings that the Post has been able to dig up. Over the years, Bloomberg has been the focus of quite a few hostile workplace environment lawsuits but he has locked down the stories via non-disclosure agreements, something that Elizabeth Warren has  called “a way for people to hide bad things they’ve done.”

Here is a sampling. This is from top saleswoman Sekiko Sakai Garrison who got a settlement from Bloomberg and a nondisclosure agreement.

Later on, Garrison became pregnant:

While we might be horrified, all Bloomberg actually did was shout one of the guiding principles of the Democrat party.

When Bloomberg heard that Garrison was upset over his prenatal advice, he called her and left this voicemail:

Shortly after Garrison left the company, an employee named Mary Ann Olszewski sued Bloomberg LP in 1996, alleging that she was drugged and raped by her supervisor. She said that employees from Bloomberg on down engaged in a pattern and practice of “sexual degradation of women” and that Bloomberg made comments about employees such as, “I’d like to do that piece of meat.”

Olszewski, who worked as a sales representative, said in her suit that the company “took no steps to prevent or curtail the ongoing sexual harassment of female employees by Michael Bloomberg.”

After Olszewski allegedly was raped by a supervisor in a Chicago hotel room, Bloomberg was informed. He later described his response in a deposition, an excerpt of which was first published by the Village Voice in 2001. The full deposition has never been made public. Olszewski could not be reached for comment.

Bloomberg was asked in the deposition what would constitute “satisfactory proof” that one of his employees had been raped by another.

“I guess an unimpeachable third-party witness,” he responded.

The lawyer seemed stunned. In what kind of rape, he asked Bloomberg, would there be a third-party witness?

“There are times when three people are together,” Bloomberg responded.

But, Bloomberg said, if there were only two people present, and they gave conflicting accounts, there would be no way to know who is telling the truth and “all we can do is provide separate working environments for the two.”

I must say that I’m much more aligned with Bloomberg here. If a rape occurred, file a police report. If there isn’t evidence to indict the other person, then dismissal is in order. No police report and a he-said-she-said situation and I don’t see why anything more than ensuring they are in different supervisory chains is necessary. Sorry, “believe women” makes no more sense than “believe men.”

Now, this is here, so what?

You can’t escape the feeling that Bloomberg was behind this because it is leaking out before Warren and Biden self-immolate and will be old news by the time he debuts in the top tier of Democrat candidates.

I’m sure more of these settlements will leak out even though, for now, Bloomberg is refusing to release any of the litigants from their nondisclosure agreements. Bottom line is that this really doesn’t matter. We know the Democrat establishment and the party base could actually give a flying f*** about this if an election is at stake. In fact, you can bet that neither Warren nor Klobuchar will call Bloomberg out on any of this because for all their woofing about women-this-and-women-that, when it comes down to the short strokes, they are Democrats who want to win the White House and the will do nothing at all to endanger their party’s chances.
