Bad News For Avenatti, the FBI Is Only Talking to People Who Aren't Totally Batsh** Crazy

While my colleague, TLaDuke, reports that the FBI will be talking to Deborah Ramirez who accuses Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of penis-wagging-under-the-influence, they will not, however, not be talking to Julie Swetnick, the witness to the Kavanaugh organized rape parties.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has been instructed by the White House to interview two of the women who have alleged sexual misconduct by Brett Kavanaugh, according to people familiar with the matter.

The parameters of the FBI probe don’t include interviewing Julie Swetnick, who said this week the Supreme Court nominee attended a party decades ago where she was gang-raped, according to one of the people.

The focus on the first two accusations suggests that the White House doesn’t consider Ms. Swetnick’s accusations credible, people familiar with the instructions said, a possibility that drew criticism from Ms. Swetnick’s attorney, Michael Avenatti.

The Wall Street Journal has attempted to corroborate Ms. Swetnick’s account, contacting dozens of former classmates and colleagues, but couldn’t reach anyone with knowledge of her allegations. No friends have come forward to publicly support her claims.

She has recorded a TV interview to be aired Sunday, the first woman making accusations against the Supreme Court nominee to do so. NBC’s “Morning Joe” on Thursday aired a clip of her interview with John Heilemann of Showtime’s “The Circus,” in which Ms. Swetnick called for an investigation into the allegations against Judge Kavanaugh.

Avenatti is not taking this all that well.

The FBI not talking to her is some of the best luck that she’s had. If we assume, for a second, that she’s not a pathological liar then we are left with the incontrovertible fact that her role in this sad affair was arguably more egregious that that she attributes to Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh. She was a conscienceless monster who went to these high school parties, as a college student, and knew what was going on but rather than warn any of the young women or try to stop the gang rapes or call the police, she did nothing..except go to the next party. One detects a bit of glee in her description as if she would enjoy watching other women raped while she sipped her drink and chuckled.

Not only is the story fanciful, the complainant an utter train wreck as a sexual harasser, as the aggressor in a domestic violence case, and a tax cheat.

But keep this in mind. Absolutely no one in the Democrat party cares about this. They will be howling because the FBI inquiry does not meet their standard. But we all knew that, didn’t we.
