Why Keith Ellison Is the Perfect Man To Lead the DNC

It the aftermath of the November 8 repudiation the Democrats suffered they are looking for a new face to lead them. Keith Ellison, a Minnesota congressman, is considered a leading contender. Harry Reid, Bernie Sanders, and Elizabeth Warren along with a slew of lesser lights (or dimmer bulbs as the case may be) have endorsed him for the position.

I think Ellison is a wonderful choice. In fact, if I were choosing a DNC chair, Ellison, or someone very like him, is who I’d pick. Let’s review the bidding.

1. Keith Ellison is mobbed up to his eyebrows in the Muslim Brotherhood.

Ellison’s links to the Muslim Brotherhood and its Devil’s garden of related organizations is deep and long lasting. They donate heavily to his campaign and they give him gifts. He, in return, raises funds for them, runs interference on Capitol Hill, and practices taqiyya on their behalf.

In 2008, Ellison went on a 16-day hajj to Mecca. It was paid for by the Muslim American Society (MAS). According the federal goverment, the Muslim American Society is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Muslim Brotherhood. CAIR, which never met an Islamic terrorist it didn’t like, regularly bundles tens of thousands of dollars for Ellison’s campaign fund. Ellison has spoken and CAIR fundraisers which, surprise of surprises, were sponsored by the MAS. CAIR, if you recall, was labelled an unindicted co-conspirator by the federal government in the Holy Land Foundation trial that involved that “charity” funneling money to terrorists. (Read the whole sordid story, with documentation, here.)

2. Keith Ellison is a virulent anti-Semite.

Given his connection with the Muslim Brotherhood, no one has any right to be shocked by the fact that Ellison leaves a trail of anti-Semitism. Ben Shapiro gives a lot more detail like this:

Ellison led a rally featuring Khalid Abdul Mohammed, who proceeded to explain, “if words were swords, the chests of Jews, gays and whites would be pierced.” Ellison also defended Louis Farrakhan, a brutal anti-Semite, as “not a racist…not an anti-Semite.”

The horror doesn’t end there. In 2007, Ellison openly compared 9/11 to the Reichstag fire, suggested that it benefitted Jews, and said that the event was an excuse to target Muslims.

3. Keith Ellison is an unrepentant racist.

Ellison’s affiliation with Nation of Islam is enough to substantiate the charge of racism. Farrakhan’s bizarre little sect and business enterprise is what Scientology would look like if it were founded on the principle of racial superiority. Just check out this factoid.

Ellison fully adopted the whole black nationalist/separatist theory. For instance:

Finally, blacks would have the option of choosing their own land base or remaining in the United States. Since black people toiled most diligently in the southeastern section of the United States, this land, quite naturally, would be most suitable. That means Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana and Mississippi. Blacks, of course, would not be compelled to move to the black state, and, of course, peaceful whites would not be compelled to move away.

This was written as a column in his university newspaper. But keep in mind, the left tells us there is no statute of limitations on any hint of racism. Jeff Sessions, for instance, is being criticized for uncorroborated stories of things he might have merely said. And if you don’t think this is a racist rant, imagine what label you’d attach to any white group who was demanding as separate homeland.

I wish Ellison all the best. The GOP always does best in midterm elections when it can nationalize the issues. Gingrich did it in 2014. The 2010 Tea Party victory was driven by Obamacare. If Ellison is in charge of the DNC in 2020, every Democrat across the nation will either have to defend Ellison’s racism, his anti-Semitism, and his affiliation with groups linked to Islamic terrorism or they will have to denounce him. I’m buying popcorn.
