I know, I know, no “reasonable prosecutor” would ever touch a case like this but it is a damned shame when a US official can deliberately send classified information to someone not entitled to see it and then try and delete the record and there is still nothing to be done about it.

For instance, this released today by the State Department as a part of Judicial Watch’s ongoing jihad:

H, of course, is the Hildebeast. Diane Reynolds is the porn name secret email name of Chelsea Clinton. The whole email has been redacted and coded as “foreign government information” and “foreign relations or foreign activities of the United States, including confidential sources.” I’ll be the first to admit that there is probably nothing earth shattering in this email. That, however, is not the point. Chelsea Clinton did not hold a security clearance. This information was classified and Hillary Clinton, as the “classification authority” in the State Department, had an affirmative duty to safeguard that information and not to sling it about like confetti to show her git how cool Mom’s job was.
