New Super PAC Ad Uses Obama Speech To Tie John Kasich To ObamaCare

This is the kind of thing that we need to see more of.

Trusted Leadership PAC, a pro Ted Cruz super PAC, is strengthening its attack of John Kasich with the release of a new ad in Wisconsin as both Kasich and Cruz work to siphon away as many delegates as possible from Donald Trump.

The 30-second video, called “Kasich BFF” depicts the Ohio governor as working with President Barack Obama to expand the Affordable Care Act. The video will air across digital platforms and television stations in Wisconsin ahead of its primary on April 5. It’s part of a $500,000 buy and will replace a previously released ad targeting Kasich.

FOX NEWS ANNOUNCER: The president heaped praise on the Rupublican governor:

BARACK OBAMA: I gotta give your governor a little bit of credit. John Kasich, along with a lot of state legislators who are here today, they’ve expanded Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act.

FOX NEWS ANNOUNCER: BFF of Barack Obama. The governor of the Buckeye State, John Kasich The president cited Medicaid expansion, Governor Kasich, as his big success story thus far in ObamaCare.

What is the killer in this is that there is no ominous voice over, it is all from a news article with the announcer’s voice juxtaposed to that doofus grin that Kasich gives whenever he thinks he’s been really smart.

This is the kind of ad that peels off soft Kasich support, I doubt if there is any other kind, and will put Kasich out of the race.
