Hooray for screening. Three cheers for those people who are just trying to run away from terrorism.

The Norwegian newspaper Verdens Gang, or VG, is reporting that Norwegian security services have found images of beheadings, images of dead children, and terrorist related imagery on the cell phones of several hundred persons seeking asylum in Norway.

In light of the shabby job done in “vetting” the San Bernardino shooter, Tashfeen Malik, for her fiance visa which was carried out under the best possible circumstances, what are the odds that the thousands, or tens of thousands if Obama has his way, of refugees that come to us from ISIS controlled territory and are vetted by the UN will be any different. If we aren’t bringing in terrorists, we will be bringing in people who are mostly sympathetic with ISIS and al Qaeda and the various off-shoots, like al Nusrah, that have sprung up. They will join Muslim communities where sympathy for terrorism is already endemic and where loyalty to the United States is virtually non-existent. We need to stop this nonsense of letting sympathy and empathy rather than caution and common sense drive our immigration policy.
