Twenty-one Senate Democrats voted against the bill while 24 Republicans voted for it, including every member of the Senate GOP leadership.
The next time anyone tells you the GOP Senate leadership opposes either Obamacare or Obama’s egregious power grab you can laugh in their face. The CRomnibus bill passed because the majority of the GOP went along with it. Indeed, most of the GOP leadership was more interested in making utterly bull**** allegations against Senators Ted Cruz and Mike Lee and keeping the pork moving than in doing their duty and opposing unconstitutional actions and executive overreach.
