The courts took a bit of a break over the weekend, but we did have two notable decisions issued late last week.
- ✅ In National Parks Conservation Association v. Department of the Interior (interpretive materials at public sites), 1st Circuit Court of Appeals GRANTS admin's motion for stay pending appeal.
- ❌ In Sosnova Rodriguez v. Ortega (habeas/mandatory detention), 5th Circuit Court of Appeals AFFIRMS district court grants of habeas relief; sets 90-day floor for bond hearing.
