#1 - Blinken Reportedly Gets Kicked Off Beach, While New Video of Biden Is Concerning — by Nick Arama

The lifeguard patrol reportedly had to tell Blinken and the friend he was with that they were breaking the rules and had to leave the beach. After a "brief discussion" and picking up their stuff, they then left. So much for following rules, but at least Blinken appeared to comply.

Blinken had also been in East Hampton in August 2021, when Afghanistan collapsed and the Taliban took over.

I'd like to know when House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) will call Blinken in to be questioned about Biden's cognitive decline and the autopen scandal. If you're going to pull in anyone, it should be the long-time connected people like Blinken, who, as Secretary of State and a longtime Biden official, should have had plenty of contact with Biden.

#2 - Fourteen-Year-Old Scottish Girl Arrested for Resisting Probable Assault by Migrants — by streiff

Of all of Europe, Britain stands out as a country that has adopted a policy of appeasing immigrants and bashing any natives with the gall to speak up for themselves.

Just two days ago, this horror show flashed across X. The location is Dundee, Scotland. Two girls, one age 12 and the other 14, are pursued by a number of migrants who remain off-screen.

In fear, the oldest girl (yes, she's shorter than her younger sibling), produces a hatchet and a knife and tells the creepazoids stalking her to stay away.

Both teens are visibly distressed as grown men stand around them. One of the girls can be heard yelling, “Don’t f*cking touch her, she’s f*cking 12.”

#3 - An AWFL Made a Post About Trump's Crime Crackdown, and It Broke the Internet — by Bonchie

I've often said that the most dangerous demographic on earth is the affluent, white, female, liberal. One might think that's hyperbole. How could that be? I mean, they're just women with graduate degrees. What you must understand, though, is that a person's capacity to do damage is directly correlated with their proximity to power.

Is an AWFL going to commit a suicide bombing? Probably not. Will they make up the most reliable voting bloc for policies that lead to the downfall of civilization? You bet they will. Will they win congressional seats and run for president? Absolutely. Will they use every ounce of authority they acquire to tear down everything you once knew in favor of self-destructive virtue signaling? You better believe it.

Violent crime? It's just something you have to deal with so that wine-sipping, white, left-wing women can continue to be an "ally" to feed their savior complex. There is no reasoning with them. Appeals to freedom and logic do not apply.

#4 - One Supreme Court Justice Has Nosedived Into Irrelevance; Can You Guess Who? — by streiff

The rift between Jackson and her colleagues became much more pronounced in the NIH decision. Here, she continued her allegations that the majority of the Court was hopelessly compromised and letting President Trump get away with murder.

In a broader sense, however, today’s ruling is of a piece with this Court’s recent tendencies.  “[R]ight when the Judiciary should be hunkering down to do all it can to preserve the law’s constraints,” the Court opts instead to make vindicating the rule of law and preventing manifestly injurious Government action as difficult as possible. Id., at ___ (JACKSON, J., dissenting) (slip op., at 21).  This is Calvinball jurisprudence with a twist. Calvinball has only one rule: There are no fixed rules.  We seem to have two: that one, and this Administration always wins.

Note that Jackson quotes from her own dissent in this dissent. This may be a first in the history of the Supreme Court.

The real question is whether Jackson is any longer an effective member of the Supreme Court. The fact that Barrett got six justices to join a scathing put-down of Jackson's outcomes-based jurisprudence indicates that Rubicon may have been crossed. The Justices, save Sotomayor, seem to ignore Jackson and let her write whatever she wishes.

#5 - Schiff’s Mortgage Fraud Denial Backfires As He’s Slapped Down by Documentation Showing Otherwise — by Rusty Weiss

Some people believe there is a lot of 'there' there.

Schiff's denials did not sit well with Christine Bish, an activist and Sacramento-based congressional candidate who, as RedState has covered for years, broke the story and worked on the mortgage fraud allegations against the junior senator from California for years.

"They are absolutely true," Bish claimed on X, referring to the mortgage fraud allegations. "Over 300 pages of documents, including notarized property records and tax forms. I will put my facts against Schiff's lies any day."

Bish posted a "Deed of Trust" - a legal document used in some states as an alternative to a mortgage for securing a real estate loan - filed in 2011, showing Schiff's Maryland property listed as his "primary residence."
