Kash Patel Declassifies Whistleblower Testimony, Confirming Just How Shifty Adam Schiff Is
When Schiff was in the House of Representatives and head of the House Intelligence Committee, he leaked like a man with a swollen prostate, dispensing classified information which fueled the fake Russian collusion hoax.
Justice Thomas May Get His Chance - SCOTUS Asked to Overturn the Obergefell Same-Sex Marriage Ruling
The U.S. Constitution is as silent on marriage as it is on abortion. So Justice Thomas may indeed have his chance to rebuke substantive due process again and return the same-sex marriage decision to the states and the people.
D.C. has a huge problem, and all the manipulation of data in the world isn't changing.

Road Rage Driver Gets Surprise After Pulling a Gun
We don't need more gun control, but folks exercising more self-control along with their right to keep and bear arms would be a good thing.
Democrats Having Meltdown Over Trump Fighting Crime
Somehow, civilization itself is racist. The left has been arguing this for years, yet too few people grasp that they mean exactly what they say. They believe our society should be destroyed, and are working hard to make it happen.
The Next Great Political Outrage Is Here (and It’s an Old Favorite of Rush Limbaugh)!
The Biden economy spiked inflation and increased housing costs, but between Jan. 2021 and Jan. 2025, we didn’t hear a peep about the plight of the “unhoused.” (Kinda weird, right?) But today, it’s time to shine up your shopping carts: The “unhoused” are having their close-ups.
Here's What Caused a Screaming Match on CNN Last Night
Oh, January 6 entered the chat—that’s how you know you got them beat. No one cares about that riot, but please keep melting down over…policies that enhance public safety.
CRASH and BURN! Harry Enten Drops Devastating Reality on Dems' Latest Hope for a Narrative
We do hope that anyone who was an Epstein client will face justice. But the left (and some on the right) trying to weaponize the issue against a politician they hate, when they've got nothing else, was never going to work.
Not against Trump, anyway.
WHAT'S ON TAP?
Today on Capitol Hill...
We've got several more weeks of critters on break (about which I always have mixed emotions). Right now, Texas is seemingly the center of the congressional universe, between the Republican primary battle for John Cornyn's Senate seat, the back-and-forth between Democrat Reps. Lloyd Doggett and Greg Casar over the anticipated combining of their respective districts, and the ongoing saga of the AWOL state Dems.
White House What's Up
President Donald Trump had a busy Monday with his big announcement/press conference about federalizing D.C. law enforcement. His Tuesday appears quiet — for now.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt will hold a press briefing at 1:00 PM Eastern.
Vice President JD Vance is in the UK. On Wednesday, he will visit U.S. troops stationed at Royal Air Force Base Fairford, England. He will receive a briefing on the base’s capabilities and will deliver remarks.
Full Court Press...
A Trump-appointed judge — Dabney Friedrich — ruled against the administration and issued a preliminary injunction on Monday in the case of National Endowment for Democracy v. USA (denial of State Department funds).
The "trial" in the Newsom v. Trump case (regarding Trump's deployment of National Guard troops in California) commenced Monday as well. It's not entirely clear what Judge Charles Breyer is seeking to accomplish via the trial (other than gumming up the administration's efforts to enforce immigration law).
Judge Breyer's hearing is so ridiculous because if the legal question hasn't been answered why in the hell is he having two days of public testimony? We all know why...to "get Trump." https://t.co/1UpGSlVR5y

COMING ATTRACTIONS
Friday looms large with the highly anticipated meeting between President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Will there be some headway made in the effort to end the Russia-Ukraine war? (If there is, it will immediately be spun by the left/legacy media as something awful — we can rest assured of that.)
Before we get to Friday, though, President Trump has a planned outing on Wednesday morning to the Kennedy Center for an announcement.
MORNING MUSING
Whenever I happen upon the term "execrable," I immediately picture Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA). (It's true — he is my word association go-to on that.) So, while it runs counter to the better angels of my nature, I must confess I find a degree of pleasure in seeing Schiff squirm.
I've not yet had an opportunity to fully review the document disclosures we were treated to Monday evening regarding whistleblower testimony indicating that Schiff, in particular, was the source of multiple leaks from the House Intelligence Committee (back when he served as the ranking member and then chaired it). But you can bet your sweet bippy I'll be doing so today.
He may have slithered his way past the statute of limitations for criminal prosecution purposes, but I'd love to see this snake's unethical machinations exposed for all the world to see. Will it actually sink him? Eh...I'd say the chances of that are 50/50 at best. But between this revelation and his mortgage shenanigans, I'm thoroughly enjoying the unfolding karma.
And I am thanking my lucky stars this swamp creature never became head of the CIA.
