Evil: This Is How Staffers Planned to Run the Country If an Incoherent Biden Had Been Reelected
Watergate famously ended with lying conspirators jailed, reputations ruined, and careers destroyed. The same thing needs to happen here.
Here We Go: Democrats Begin Unraveling After Floodgates Open on Joe Biden's Decline
At the end of the day, it won't matter much, though, because we didn't need a book that reportedly relied on close to 200 sources to know Joe Biden was in decline before, during, and after that fundraiser, and that the Biden-Harris White House - and the media - was working furiously to hide it from the public.
Essex Files: Clark Sidelined but Unfazed - Fever’s Star Shines Bright Amid Unfair Criticism
The Fever and their fans eagerly await her return, but for now, they’re ready to show the league what they’re capable of—because that’s the kind of team spirit Clark has helped foster.

Proposed Australian Machete Ban Proves Some People Never Learn
Unless you address the underlying desire to hurt others, you're never going to get anywhere, despite whatever laws you care to pass.
Biden's Brain: It Wasn't a Cover Up; It Was a Hoax
The Establishment folks believe that they love America and that they are lying to us for our own good--at least many of them do--but the fact is that they define America as primarily themselves and their class. People who disagree with them are poltroons who need to be kept in line.
Now We Know the Real Reason Tapper and Thompson Wrote About Biden
The media’s outrage over presidential health has never been about truth or accountability—it’s always been about control.
Dems Can't Whine About 'Norms' Again After This Revelation About Joe Biden's Staff
That’s a coup. It’s not shocking, though—this is what you get when you have a snobby party, entitled and power-hungry, and one that’s devoid of principles or morals.
But was he treated fairly? Was he actually guilty? Bluntly, we don’t pretend to know.

Today on Capitol Hill...
The critters, of course, are off this week. That doesn't mean they aren't keeping busy, though. See, for instance:

White House What's Up
President Donald Trump had a fairly busy weekend, but his Tuesday looks to be quiet — there is nothing on his public schedule. Something tells me we'll hear from him at some point, though.
On Monday, the president, Vice President JD Vance, and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth visited the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery to pay their respects and participate in a wreath-laying ceremony.

Full Court Press...
The courts were closed on Monday in honor of Memorial Day, so there wasn't a ton of activity, though I expect that to resume today. In the meantime, I shared Part 2 of my "By the Numbers" series, taking a closer look at the makeup of the D.C. District Court and the distribution of cases among the judges.

MORNING MUSING
I took my own advice over the weekend and unplugged a bit — not all the way, of course, but definitely spent the better part of Monday offline and out in the world, peopling. It was a nice break, but now I can't decide what day it is or what I'm supposed to be doing or focusing on. And I can't decide if that's becoming more of a thing the older I get or if I'm just imagining that. Either way, I think it might take an extra cup of coffee this morning to get the gears going. Wish me luck!
