Tensions have already been high between India and Pakistan in recent weeks. After a terror attack in Kashmir in late April, things have continued to escalate.
On Tuesday, India launched missiles into Pakistan.
India fired three missiles across the border into Pakistani-controlled territory early Wednesday, Pakistani security officials said, amid soaring tensions between the countries over last month’s militant attack in India’s portion of Kashmir.
The missiles struck locations in Pakistan-administered Kashmir and in the country’s eastern Punjab province, according to three security officials. The officials spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak to the media on the record.
While initial reports reference three missiles, it appears India is claiming to have struck nine sites believed to hold terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

"It's a shame. We just heard about it just as we were walking in the doors of the Oval. Just heard about it. I guess people knew something was going to happen based on a little bit of the past. They've been fighting for a long time... I just hope it ends very quickly."
