#1 - WATCH: The Boss Move JD Vance Made Before Al Green Was Escorted Out of Trump's Speech — by Sister Toldjah

In one of the more dramatic moments, Rep. Al Green (D-TX), who was the first Congressman in this session to declare on the House floor his intentions to try and have Trump impeached, was escorted out by the House Sergeant in Arms at the direction of House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) after repeated interruptions and refusal to sit down as he waved his cane at the POTUS.

But in a "if you blinked you might have missed it" moment, what preceded that happening was a total boss move by Vice President JD Vance, who can be seen in video clips motioning to Johnson to have Green removed from the chamber right away.

#2 - Meet the Sole Democrat Who Stood for Cancer Survivor DJ Daniel During Trump's Address to Congress — by Becky Noble

Gillen, a first-term Congresswoman, hails from Long Island, a red blip in a sea of New York blue, and quite possibly, the last existing rational Democrat. During an interview with a local television station, Gillen expressed disappointment in her Democrat colleagues, saying,

"Quite frankly, there were moments where, I feel like, anger at some of the actions that have happened over the last month and a half have prevented some of my colleagues from standing up to support the little DJ Daniel. I stood up and applauded this little boy who is getting over cancer and wants to be a police officer, and I was disappointed that I was not joined by any of my colleagues."

#3 - Russia Just Spit in Trump's Face, and It's Time They Reap the Whirlwind — by Bonchie

Russian President Vladimir Putin has now spit in Trump's face by not just maintaining his aggressive posture but increasing it in such a visible, brutal way that was obviously meant to signal to the world that he doesn't believe the United States will act. 

The paradigm has now shifted. It doesn't matter if some people think a complete capitulation to Russia is necessary to stop the war. Those people aren't in charge of American foreign policy. Donald Trump is, and he chose to put down this redline. Now, he has to follow through or risk our adversaries continuing to take advantage of us just as they did throughout the Biden administration. 

#4 - WATCH: Elon Musk Delivers Ice-Cold Response to Elissa Slotkin After She Calls Him Out in Rebuttal Speech — by Rusty Weiss

"What do you want to say to Elissa Slotkin?" Hasnie wondered. "She called you out by name."

You could see the wheels churning away inside Musk's head. This is, after all, the same man who recently said his cellphone number was "something 8008."

“Uh ... I don’t know who she is,” Musk replied.

The delivery prompted Slotkin's fellow Michigander, Rep. McClain, to burst out laughing.

#5 - Bye! NY FBI Field Chief Who Vowed to ‘Dig In’ Against Trump Fired, Marched Out of Office As Bagpipes Play — by Rusty Weiss

Dennehy's option to "dig in" himself was severely hindered when he was forced out of his role. In a note to staff obtained by The Hill, he remained defiant even as he was to be walked out with a bagpipe ceremony shortly thereafter.

“I’ve been told many times in my life, ‘When you find yourself in a hole, sometimes it’s best to quit digging.’ Screw that,” Dennehy wrote. “I will never stop defending this joint. I’ll just do it willingly and proudly from outside the wire.”

One can almost hear the world's smallest violin playing in the background as he continues.
