He's a travelin' man that Joe Biden. The president is wheels up Tuesday morning for Reno, Nevada, for a campaign event, followed by a speech regarding "lowering costs for American families" in Las Vegas, Nevada. Then he's off to Phoenix, Arizona, for another campaign event.

Two Supreme Court cases are up for oral argument on Tuesday: 

1. Diaz v. United States — In a prosecution for drug trafficking, where an element of the offense is that the defendant knew she was carrying illegal drugs, does Rule 704(b)
   permit a governmental expert witness to testify that most couriers know they are
   carrying drugs and that drug-trafficking organizations do not entrust large quantities of
   drugs to unknowing transporters?
2. Truck Insurance Exchange v. Kaiser Gypsum Company, Inc. — Whether an insurer with financial responsibility for a bankruptcy claim is a "party in interest" that may object to a Chapter 11 plan of reorganization.

In regard to the D.C. criminal case against former President Donald Trump, Trump's brief on the merits and any amicus curiae briefs are due in his presidential immunity appeal before the Supreme Court.

Also, on Tuesday, former Trump advisor Peter Navarro will report to prison for refusing to honor a J6 Committee subpoena.

Five states are holding presidential primaries:

• Arizona
• Florida
• Illinois
• Kansas
• Ohio

Illinois and Ohio are also holding congressional and down-ballot primaries

It's an invaluable resource — definitely comes in handy when there are important votes going down or hearings going on. But I didn't realize it had been a thing since 1979. Now I feel old.
