#1 - Paramount Super Bowl Commercial Is Completely Ridiculous - and Marvelous — by Nick Arama

If you want to watch the Super Bowl and be surprised by the commercials, then stop reading here since I'm going to be revealing one.

But I have to say that this one found by our sister site Twitchy is pretty funny and anything that has Patrick Stewart in it has to be good. It's already going viral with over 21 million views. So if you need a laugh, this is likely to get you there with some charming silliness. In addition to Stewart, it has a bunch of people and cartoon characters, including Drew Barrymore, the Miami Dolphins Tua Tagovailoa, Arnold from "Hey Arnold" with the football-shaped head, Peppa Pig, Knuckles, and Jeff Probst. They're all about to freeze to death, trapped in a valley they can't get out of, contemplating how they can scale the cliff, when Stewart has an interesting suggestion for getting out.

#2 - Illegal Aliens Accused of Beating Up Cops Arrested in Arizona - They're Not Laughing Anymore — by Nick Arama

ICE said they had been taken into custody and would now be processed for immigration violations.

Now, that might mean they will be deported, given the circumstances and the high media attention. That's good news that these guys are now going to have to spend some time in custody and they won't be laughing their heads off in there.

But are they going to be held accountable for the actions against the cops they beat? If they get deported, what prevents them from coming right back in across the border, given Biden's open borders?

Then, beyond this, we know about this case because of the publicity. But there are countless other cases that don't get the attention where the people disappear into the wind and are never held responsible.

#3 - Trump Challenges Biden to a Debate, Joe's Response Is Ridiculous — by Nick Arama

At first, Biden didn't answer; he just laughed, probably trying to figure out what to say. Then he said, "If I were him, I'd want to debate me too. He's got nothing else to do."

I don't think he quite got the irony and hilarity of what he said.

"I'd want to debate me too" sounds like he's confirming that Trump is right, that he can't debate because he isn't capable at this point.

Then, the hilarity of him claiming Trump has nothing else to do when Biden spends almost 40 percent of his time on vacation, and having ice cream is his typical pastime. His public schedule is often incredibly empty, and so lacking in any real work. It's a little busier right now, not with work, but "campaigning" like this — getting boba tea.

#4 - WATCH: Massie's Fascinating Questioning of J6 Committee Chair on Deleted Secret Service Texts, Pipe Bombs — by Nick Arama

Massie said the texts were deleted after the preservation requests from Congress and so he considered it a violation of the Federal Records Act. He pointed to a statement that he entered into the record where Thompson and Liz Cheney said such a thing would violate the Act. Thompson agreed he thought it would be a violation.

That's when Massie dropped the hammer on Thompson. He said that the excuse given for the deletion was that the material was wiped out during the migration of the phones. But as he points out, at least some of that migration was still happening on February 26, 2021, under DHS head Alejandro Mayorkas, in February. Whoops.

Massie later posted the documents he referenced in the hearing.

#5 - UPDATED: After RedState's Reporting Rocked RNC Winter Meeting, Ronna McDaniel Is Stepping Down — by Jennifer Van Laar

Sources within the meeting told RedState that McDaniel "ranted" about RedState's story and enlisted standing Budget Committee Chair Christine Toretti to send an email purporting to "debunk" RedState's reporting to the members of the 168 and members of the press.

That strategy failed, and by Sunday Donald Trump was hinting during interviews that McDaniel wouldn't be at the helm of the RNC much longer.
