The Republican South Carolina presidential primary is still three weeks away (February 24), but the Democrats are holding their primary in the Palmetto State this Saturday (February 3), having moved up the date in an effort to make the Biden-favorable state first. (Hence, New Hampshire's delegates not counting this year.)
