As RedState reported, there was a mass shooting at a newly opened Twin Falls, Idaho, In-N-Out restaurant on Saturday afternoon, where the shooter was seen on video opening fire, including at/near a parked Tesla vehicle.

Also seen on video was what appeared to be an armed citizen trying to engage the shooter.

In an update to this story, law enforcement officials held a press conference on Sunday afternoon and shared that three people were killed and seven were injured.
In all, three people died and seven others were injured at the recently opened restaurant in the southern Idaho city of about 56,000 people. Authorities said Sunday that two of the injured were treated at a hospital and released, three were listed as stable, and two were in critical condition.
The victims' names have not been released pending notification of the families, but In-N-Out president Lynsi Snyder has confirmed that one of those killed was an employee at the Twin Falls location. She also indicated that some customers were among those killed:

One of the injured victims, a man who was charging his Tesla, has been identified:
A Twin Falls business, North Star Taxi, said it will be closed for the next couple of days after one of its drivers, Terry Dudley, was shot during the shooting at In-N- Out.
“Our driver Terry Dudley was the victim of a mass shooting Saturday,” the business said in a statement. “He is alive but has a very long road ahead of him.”

Dudley was identified as one of those injured. “Terry was simply charging his Tesla when he was shot twice in the back,” the statement said. “In a matter of moments, an ordinary day became a nightmare that no family should ever have to endure.”

Chief Hicks credited two others - an armed, off-duty state trooper and an armed citizen - for helping save lives by "actively engaging" with the suspect:
“We believe their actions helped drive the suspect away from the scene, preventing further casualties,” the chief said. “We want to take a moment and commend the actions of the off-duty officer and the citizen, and their heroic action to stop this incident.”

The investigation into the shooting and a possible motive or motives continues. Hicks indicated the suspect's family was cooperating.
