Watch: Hawley, Schmitt Are Loaded for Bear During Hearing on Cover-Up of Joe Biden's Decline

As RedState reported earlier, the Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on Wednesday about the extensive White House cover-up of former President Joe Biden's decline.

Though the hearing, which was titled "Unfit to Serve: How the Biden Cover-Up Endangered America and Undermined the Constitution," was designed to ask and address critical questions related to who knew what and when during Biden's sole term as president, it was for the most part boycotted by Democrat Senators and their staffers.

Ranking committee member Dick Durbin (D-IL), who is retiring after this term, was one of two (along with Vermont Sen. Peter Welch) to make an appearance at the hearing for a short time, with Durbin engaging in stunts of his own by sharing cheap fakes video clips of President Donald Trump in a failed attempt at "whataboutism."

Missouri's two GOP Senators, Josh Hawley and Eric Schmitt, came loaded for bear, with Hawley dropping receipts on what Democrats on up to then-Vice President Kamala Harris were saying about Biden at the time and wondering where they are now that new books are imploding the Democrat/media-spun narrative about Biden being fit to serve another four years in office.

Hawley also referenced the autopen scandal and how subpoenas may be necessary to get to the bottom of the legality questions that surround its use during Biden's time in office:

Did Joe Biden actually assent to the use of the autopen in all you think of all the people he pardoned, he granted clemency to murderers, drug dealers, child rapists. Let's find out. Did he actually authorize it?..Show us the documents where the president authorized the use of the pen for every single pardon and clemency and state application. Let's see it. Let's see all of it. And if you won't do it, we should subpoena those documents.

Schmitt, too, addressed the "autopen presidency" of Joe Biden, accusing Democrats, the corporate media, and Big Tech of colluding to cover it up not out of ignorance but because "it advanced their own interests":

As I've said before, it's critically important to hold the people who knew to account, if not in a court of law or under oath during a Congressional hearing, then in the court of public opinion. Because there are bad-faith actors from Biden's presidency, including Kamala Harris, who are rumored to be mulling possible future runs for office, whether that be for governor, Senator, or president.

As far as I'm concerned, the American people should never forget the Constitutional crisis members of the Biden-Harris administration put this country through, because their participation in the cover-up just proves there are no lines they won't cross to either maintain or increase their power.
