The Supreme Court issued a Press Release regarding her passing this afternoon.

This will definitely play into the coming election as Ginsburg’s seat on the court could play into the election challenges after the November Election. Ginsburg has sat on the court since being nominated by President Bill Clinton and confirmed by the Senate in 1993.
