MO Primary Explodes: Stigall PAC Torches Nathan Willett’s Radical ‘Woke’ Agenda in Brutal New Ad

A pro-Chris Stigall Super PAC has launched a hard-hitting new TV ad questioning the conservative bona fides of Kansas City Councilman Nathan Willett in Missouri’s 6th Congressional District Republican primary.

The 30-second spot calls out some of Willett's more suspect votes, spending taxpayer dollars on Pride parades, Gay Rodeo events, drag performances, and anti-MAGA Fringe Festival productions.

It kicks off with a post that Willett made on X in 2017, as the University of Missouri student body president, in which he blasted President Trump for announcing a policy banning transgender individuals from the military.

"Brave Americans are Brave Americans," he countered. "Patriots of all backgrounds should have the opportunity to selflessly serve our country!"

Patriots of all backgrounds, of course, are fine. It's those whose backgrounds involve demonstrable mental health issues, such as not accepting biological realities, that should not be serving. Trump recognized that. Willett, apparently, did not.

The ad goes on to highlight Willett’s support for two major spending packages from the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund.

It is a devastating and effective line of attack.

In April 2025, Willett voted yes on Ordinance 250278, approving over $3.2 million, including the following specific line items: $9,930 for the Missouri Gay Rodeo Association, $49,150 for the Kansas City Pride Parade and Festival, thousands more for “Queer Narratives” events, and $33,300 for the KC Fringe Festival.

That festival featured the play “The Enemies From Within,” which depicts a dystopian future where speaking against the MAGA administration leads to prison, torture, and/or execution. The fictitious prison is, of course, run by a "far right-wing Christian Nationalist couple."

In 2024, he backed a similar $3.75 million package with even larger Pride allocations, another $20,000 for the Gay Rodeo, and funding for a “TransMasculine Cabaret” show presented by a performing arts company called Vulva Va-Voom.

What in the fresh hell is going on here?

Willett’s campaign website describes him as a “proven conservative fighter” focused on border security, the 2nd Amendment, and hardworking families. That said, I can count on one hand the number of "conservative fighters" I know who support the funding of pride parades, queer narratives, anti-MAGA plays, and anything produced by a company with the word "vulva" in it followed by the words "va-voom."

And the number would remain the same if I had both hands amputated.

These are not abstract issues for northern Missouri voters who expect their congressman to fight for fiscal responsibility, border security, and traditional values rather than subsidizing left-wing activism with public money.

Willett has countered by attacking his opponent with a deceptive video that cherry-picks and distorts comments from the conservative radio host’s 10+ years on air.

Stigall, backed by retiring Republican Congressman Sam Graves (MO-6), left his nationally syndicated morning show on the Salem Radio Network to run for Congress in late March. He has positioned himself as a strong America First conservative in the race.

As the August 4 primary approaches, the stark contrast in records has become the defining issue.

Editor’s Note: The 2026 Midterms will determine the fate of President Trump’s America First agenda. Republicans must maintain control of both chambers of Congress.
