Vice President JD Vance slammed criticism of the administration's handling of mass deportations, particularly a media-fueled narrative regarding an alleged innocent father who was deported due to an administrative error.
Vance, in an interview with "Fox & Friends," addressed the story of Abrego Garcia, a Maryland father with protected legal status who had mistakenly been deported to El Salvador.
That father Democrats and the media are latching onto to portray Trump's deportation operation as heartless did, according to an immigration judge in 2019, have evidence of an association with the violent MS-13 gang.
Podcaster @jonfavs (and @grok, apparently) believe there is no evidence that Abrego-Garcia is a member of MS-13.

WRONG. Both the original immigration judge and the Board of Immigration Appeals found there was sufficient evidence of such to render him a danger to the public. pic.twitter.com/ggyTw8k4o3
In fact, as White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt pointed out to reporters earlier this week, he was a leader in the gang.
Vance expounded upon that fact when he spoke with Lawrence B. Jones earlier this morning.
"Back in 2019, an immigration judge looked at all the evidence, looked at all the data, and concluded that this allegedly innocent person that we sent to El Salvador was actually a member of an MS-13 gang," Vance explained. "He had also committed some traffic violations. He had not shown up for some court dates."
"This is not exactly Father of the Year here. This is a person that we don't think should be in our country."

The vice president went on to note that Democrats and the media (one and the same) had no argument over the justification behind Garcia being deported, they were simply focused on the reasoning behind how it happened.
"This was unquestionably an illegal alien. This was unquestionably a person who broke the laws to get into our country. This is unquestionably a person an immigration judge found had zero right to be in the United States of America," Vance continued.
“We do not ask permission from far-left Democrats before we deport illegal immigrants. We do the American people’s business.”

Vice President Vance hammered the Democrats for having a "weird" and "mistaken placement of priorities" when it comes to defending illegals.
One only need look back as far as Tuesday of this week, when Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) used a House Judiciary Committee hearing to demand that the Trump administration return "gangbangers" sent to El Salvador.
No, I'm not making that up.
"I call on them to demand that the Trump administration comply with all judicial orders while appealing whichever ones they want to appeal," said Raskin. "And to demand the return of people unlawfully taken to El Salvador on that so-called plane full of gangbangers."

"We need to make our country stronger. We need to create jobs. We need to make our streets safer," Vance told Jones. "What is it about congressional Democrats that get more angry at deporting violent gang members than they do at the victims of those violent gang members."
"I don't even understand where they're coming from. They've gone off the deep end, and they gotta come back to reality."
The reality is that an overwhelming majority of Americans don't understand where they're coming from. They support President Trump's effort to deport illegal aliens.
Thanks to President Trump, illegal immigration into our great country has virtually stopped. Despite the radical left's lies, new legislation wasn't needed to secure our border, just a new president.
