So you want a fighter to run against the perpetually angry Left. You are sick and tired of being offense-bullied by the terminally and professionally malcontented. You like good old-fashioned active aggression instead of the passive sort that ruins social trust and cohesion the way a termite colony will undermine a beautiful wooden deck. Then you want a guy who just means what he says and says only what he has to. You want a leader. You want “That Guy.” “That Guy”, at least this far along in the 2016 season is Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.

Scott Walker comes as close to anyone in either party to being an actual human being instead of a midget vote-sucker. Put him onstage against Hillary, Jeb, Martin O’Malley or Marco Rubio, and you will see a more honest human being. Put him onstage against THE DONALD, or Uncle McRapey* and you will see a normal, well-adjusted human being instead of a loud, obnoxious circus freak. Put him onstage with Bobby Jindal or [mc_name name=’Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC)’ chamber=’senate’ mcid=’G000359′ ] and both of those men would disappear.** Only [mc_name name=’Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)’ chamber=’senate’ mcid=’C001098′ ] or Jim Webb would have a similarly competitive genuine presence to his.

Another great aspect of Governor Walker as both a campaigner and potentially a POTUS is that he will go to the mat hard for what he believes needs doing. He has fought an insane, Jacobin mob in Madison, Wisconsin and has won three elections to for the opportunity to serve two terms. They have thrown every dirty trick and political gutter tactic you can think of at Scott Walker and he continues to dismantle their wasteful and destructive empire.

There is a theory among some factions of the Right that Conservatives and Traditionalists are opposed by what is called the Cathedral.*** The Cathedral consists of an alliance between The politically activist faction of government, the universities and most of the media. This Cathedral, or Leviathan, or as PJ O’Rourke once called it “a meddlesome cuttlefish of dominion” thwarts all efforts to take society off of the track towards an equalitarian Progressivism. It cannot be bargained with, it cannot be brought into synthesis. It can only be stopped when it is actively opposed and purposefully dismantled.

THE DONALD, [mc_name name=’Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY)’ chamber=’senate’ mcid=’P000603′ ], [mc_name name=’Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)’ chamber=’senate’ mcid=’C001098′ ] and on his better days, [mc_name name=’Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)’ chamber=’senate’ mcid=’R000595′ ] have all talked about doing this. Scott Walker has notches on his belt and skins tanning out back in the barn. He has fought the fight, he has won some of the battles. He is willing to be a warrior for the things in which he believes. Until another candidate shows the sense of purpose and the planning in detail to accomplish anything similar to what Scott Walker has done to fight back against The Progressives and restore social sanity in any aspect of post-modern American culture, Scott Walker is “That Guy.”
