Jeff Flake Says He's a 'Yes' on Final Vote To Confirm Kavanaugh

Outgoing Arizona Sen. Jeff Flake, who has been a wishy-washy hold-out on Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court, said Friday he is planning to vote yes on the final vote.

Of course, in typical Flake fashion, he’s left himself wiggle room if something big changes, but says he doesn’t foresee that happening.

So, uh, yay?

Now, it comes down to Maine Senator Susan Collins who plans to announce her decision during her floor speech at 3 p.m. ET today.
