Christine Blasey Ford's Lawyers Make New Attempt at Playing the Delay Game

Christine Blasey Ford’s attorneys have denied the Senate Judiciary Committee’s request for documents, particularly supporting charts from Dr. Blasey Ford’s polygraph test, which she passed according to the test administrator.

So, Blasey’s attorneys are refusing to hand over requested documents until the FBI — an organization Grassley, nor any senator, holds any authority over — interviews her.

One has to wonder after we found out last week from Blasey herself that her lawyers never told her they would’ve interviewed her at her home, whether they would even admit to a request for an interview from the FBI.

If there was any doubt before that her attorneys aren’t attempting ver overtly to slow walk this entire process, can we dispel with any further imaginings of the sort?

Grassley played nice the first round. It will be interesting to see how he responds to this latest round of slow-walking nonsense.
