Sen. Tim Scott (R – S.C.) has worked tirelessly for tax reform since he was elected to Congress and President Trump thanked him personally on Wednesday following the passage of the GOP tax reform bill for being instrumental.

Scott held a tie-cutting ceremony with his Legislative Director, Charles Cogar, whom he said has worn the same tie every day for over a month in an effort to keep eyes on the prize of tax reform.
