Too bad. The Sam Nunberg I knew earlier this week thought it would be “funny” if Robert Mueller arrested him for refusing to comply with his subpoena — and I tended to agree.

No word yet on whether he has alcohol on his breath, as he apparently did in his interview earlier this week with Erin Burnett:
Word this week was that he was going to get treatment for alcoholism, which is good. It’s a disease. It’s not easy to beat. But it can be done.
