Rep. Ro Khanna (CA-17) and other Democrats have been embarrassing themselves with posts about going after Elon Musk's wealth.
Here he is saying that if you grab 5 percent from Elon, you could pay for universal child care or student loans.

It's not up to the government [taxpayers] to pay for any of that, and we all know if they grabbed his money, it would go into the vast abyss that never seems to solve the issues they claim.

As many pointed out, Khanna is a multimillionaire. Why doesn't he just contribute his own money for this? Put his millions where his mouth is.
That wasn't all. Khanna then really went over the slide, saying Musk had to be "subpoenaed" and held accountable for cuts to USAID, which he claimed "possibly sentenced to death" millions of children.

“I do believe once we take power, there has to be accountability. There needs to be accountability for Elon Musk. You know, they’re celebrating that he created 4,400 millionaires, but they don’t talk about the 4.5 million children around the world who he possibly sentenced to death by dismantling USAID.
He needs to answer for that. He needs to be subpoenaed. He needs to face investigation. He needs to answer for what he did with DOGE [Department of Government Efficiency]. It’s not just ‘let’s move on.'”
Khanna then goes on to say that if they "take power," they will go after people for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) actions, and others who "violated the law" with strikes on Caribbean cartels or Iran, or other DOGE actions.
That's completely unhinged. But everyone should see that and know not to vote for Democrats — this is what their "moderate" is saying. They would turn the next two years into a festival of investigations for daring to enforce the law with ICE and save our money with DOGE and USAID (United States Agency for International Development).
But it sounds like with that, Khanna may finally have pushed Musk enough to take action.

It even "extended to political interference and all sorts of other activities in these countries that were undermining the national interest and the credibility of the United States," Rubio said.
That's what needs to be investigated — not Elon trying to save money for us.
