We've been bringing you the fun and joy from the amazing road trip of Freddy and his buddies, the German tourists here for the World Cup,

When last we left you, they'd even made it to the Johnson Space Center. They had a tour courtesy of astronaut Col. Anne McClain. Freddy got to sit in the Orion trainer capsule commander seat. They even had a call with astronaut Jessica Meir, who is on the International Space Station.

Meir showed them what Earth looked like from space. She also busted on former NFL player JJ Watt, who helped hook Freddy and his buddies up with a nice hotel in Houston, asking if this was better.

Watt humorously responded.

Then Freddy hit a real Texas institution: Whataburger.

The Patty Melt is probably the best thing, although the milkshakes are great, too. Looks like one of the crew got a Patty Melt in the left corner of the picture.

Then on Wednesday, they got to the Portugal vs. DR Congo (Democratic Republic of the Congo) game, with Cristiano Ronaldo. Freddy's a fan, that's Ronaldo's face he uses as his avatar, and he even got a video of him.

Ronaldo and Portugal didn't have a great game, but Congo did remarkably well, tying them at 1-1. So that was pretty inspiring for them, playing in the Cup for the first time since 1974 against one of the favorites.

Freddy also got a chance to meet another hero of his: Erik Sviatchenko, a Danish-Ukrainian player for the Houston Dynamo.

Then he was off to Oklahoma City for the Ella Langley concert, and after that, another game in Toronto.

But he stepped into a bit of the "Burger Wars" fight when he posted that he thought In-N-Out was the best burger they had on their trip so far.

Freddy might have lost Texas with that one. But he made up for it a bit by the crew holding up a Texas flag outside a Texas Roadhouse.
