Shameless Pelosi Comments on 'Big Beautiful Bill' Have People Nailing Her for Hypocrisy

The "Big Beautiful Bill" passed the House in a big victory for President Donald Trump and the Republicans.

Now we'll have to see what happens in the Senate, but it's vital to pass it to extend tax cuts so taxes wouldn't go up for most Americans, as well as to achieve so many other aspects of the Trump agenda.

Democrats all voted against the bill while railing about cuts. Yet, they voted against the extension of the cuts, which meant slapping a tax hike on most Americans. They would have taken money right out of our pockets. They're completely shameless to act like they care.

Herding Cats, Moving Mountains, and Passing the 'Big, Beautiful Bill'

Chief among the shameless brigade in the House is Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). Let's listen as she rails against Republicans trying to "rush" through the bill, "because they don’t want Americans to know what it really does."

Here's the truth: they’re slashing Medicaid and ripping health care from those who need it most to fund tax breaks for billionaires who need it least.

Oh, and she repeated the same theme here on Jen Psaki's MSNBC show, as you can see in the video on the left in this post. She said the Republicans considered it at night because "they didn't want the public to see, really, what was in the bill."

If it reminds you of anything, here are her infamous words from the Obamacare bill--that we have to "pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it"--in the clip on the right.

In this bill, we know what's in it, so not only is she wrong, but she's a hypocrite when she fails to recall her own words.

Is there anyone worse than Nancy Pelosi? Not to mention that what she's saying about slashing Medicaid or tax breaks for billionaires is nonsense; it's just more fear porn to whip up the base.

But remember what a kind-hearted, devoted soul she is. She's in this, after all, "for the children."

Gak. Does she think that anyone is buying that? I don't think anyone is. What has she ever done "for the children"? It's been her shtick for years that she's in it for the children, so it isn't surprising.

She claims the bill "makes the situation worse." However, it's not "for the children" to raise their parents' taxes, and that's what Democrats wanted to do. Has she checked the mess in her district lately? That's not "for the children" either.
