White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt and Border Czar Tom Homan delivered a power-packed briefing on Monday on the things that have been done to right the ship on illegal immigration over the first 100 days.
Homan explained how drastically they'd brought down illegal entries at the border. They both detailed how ICE actions and deportations were ramping up. Homan also exposed a disgusting trick employed under Joe Biden that made the situation worse by avoiding having illegal aliens see a judge.
They also put proof out on the law, with 100 pictures on the White House lawn of criminal illegal aliens who had been arrested.
Homan also spoke on cases in the media, including judges being arrested for allegedly obstructing ICE or harboring an illegal alien. Homan brought the fire. He said while you might have a different opinion about sanctuary cities, if you obstruct ICE, you are going to find out that was a bad choice.
.@RealTomHoman: "You don't have to support ICE's operations. You can support sanctuary cities if that's what you desire to do... But when you cross that line to impediment or knowingly harboring or conceding an illegal alien from ICE, you will be prosecuted. Judge or not." pic.twitter.com/mQNK0LsPSF

He said the number one priority of any of these officials should be the protection of the community.
"But when you cross that line...to impediment or knowingly harboring, concealing an illegal alien from ICE, you will be prosecuted. Judge or not."
Homan explained to reporters a case in Rochester where sanctuary city policies led to a problem when an HSI agent called for help.
"The HSI agent called for emergency assistance," he explained. "Officers of Rochester PD responded."

Then they were "disciplined," he said. "Cops need to help cops."
Here's Rochester Mayor Malik Evans saying cops providing assistance went against their policies.

That's twisted. They're so wrapped up in their sanctuary city policies, this is how they react? What happened to the enforcement of the law? That "no one is above the rule of law" thing, again. It seems that's a very flexible phrase for Democrat officials. And what happens if something happens to the federal agent because of these policies?
Homan said he would be going there to show his support for the officers and that the administration was suing Rochester over their policies. Good for him, but shame on the Rochester officials who support this kind of approach. How is that protecting the community?
The answer is: it isn't.
Thanks to President Trump, illegal immigration into our great country has virtually stopped. Despite the radical left's lies, new legislation wasn't needed to secure our border, just a new president.
