Watch: MSNBC Cuts Away From Trump Right As He's Explaining Abrego Garcia's Troubling Background

The liberal media has not been covering itself with glory this week over the Kilmar Abrego Garcia controversy.

Earlier in the week, Patty Morin spoke at a White House briefing, criticizing the effort of Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) to go to El Salvador and meet with Abrego Garcia. She also detailed the horrible details of the death of her daughter, Rachel Morin, at the hands of another illegal alien.

Her words were heartbreaking and incredibly powerful. But if you were looking for them on CNN or MSNBC, they would have been missing because they didn't cover them. I guess that might mess with the carefully crafted narrative they were trying to sell to their audiences.

On Friday, MSNBC was at it again as they covered the swearing-in of Dr. Mehmet Oz as the administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). President Donald Trump was also taking questions from the press. But when he began to detail the troubling background of Abrego Garcia. When he said there had been deportation orders against him and how prior courts had found him to be an MS-13 member, MSNBC decided it was time to cut away.

They cut away and then had the anchor talk over Trump as he continued to speak.

The Trump Rapid Response team said MSNBC didn't want the American people to know the truth. And that's why folks on the left are woefully uninformed about many of these questions, because they're only getting part of the story. They're effectively being manipulated if they stay in that liberal media bubble.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt declared this is exactly what they're talking about when they say "fake news."

If they showed the truth, then they'd have to explain the Democrats' position on the controversy and they'd be up a creek without a paddle. It would run counter to the narrative the Democrats were trying to sell.

There was a medical emergency five minutes after the cutaway, where it appeared that a young girl was ill, but you can see from the time stamps that hadn't yet happened yet when they cut away.

The cutaway was at 12:53 p.m., the medical emergency was at 12:58 p.m.

This is why people don't trust the media, and maybe also part of why MSNBC's ratings are in the basement
