Elon Has Perfect Response After Schumer Gets Hysterical Over DOGE

Democrats are losing their minds over DOGE looking into USAID.

You had a bunch of them come out on Monday at the USAID building in D.C. (still probably outnumbered by media), objecting and ranting about how horrible it was that the agency was finally getting a grilling. How dare President Donald Trump look into how the taxpayers' money is being spent in his own executive branch? The effort to paint that as improper was a bizarre tableau.

Now Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has been having a bit of a rough week as all his attacks against President Donald Trump have been sort of blowing up. He tried to skewer Trump over his tariff battle with Canada and Mexico, trying to argue we should care about Corona beer and avocados potentially being more expensive, and falsely claiming most of our beer came from Mexico. That didn't go over very well, since most people thought it was more important to focus on a secure border as well as stopping illegal entry and fentanyl.

Schumer spoke out against DOGE on the floor of the Senate, arguing that this was just the start, and who knows what they might target next.

Now he's trying to stoke fear with the reference to the Social Security Administration, and of course Trump said there weren't going to be any cuts to Social Security. But the rest is pretty hilarious -- does he really think he's winning people over by threatening that DOGE might shut down or review the IRS? Don't tease us with a good time. Why are the Democrats so afraid of their spending being reviewed?

Schumer also attacked DOGE, feeding the false Democrat claim that this was somehow an "unelected shadow government conducting a hostile takeover of the federal government."

DOGE’s conduct cannot be allowed to stand.

Congress must take action to restore the rule of law.

Now he has to know better; that's about as true as most of our beer comes from Mexico. So it's just Chuck spreading falsehoods again.

The US Digital Service was a part of the Executive Office of the President (EOP) established by Barack Obama. Trump then renamed that unit "DOGE." Most of the people in the EOP are "unelected" as are most of the people in the executive branch and the USAID officials. Chuck thinks they are somehow sacrosanct and immune from review.

Schumer is essentially saying the elected president doesn't have any right to review an agency within the executive branch. Indeed, it is Schumer who is arguing that an "unelected shadow government" of bureaucrats from USAID should not be questioned or reviewed by the president and the people in the EOP when USAID has control of $50 billion a year.

Plus, imagine Democrats having fits about things being run by a shadow government when Joe Biden was in cognitive decline for four years. They have some nerve.

Elon Musk smacked Chuck down, saying this proved they were over the target. He said this was our shot to get it right.

Hysterical reactions like this is how you know that @DOGE is doing work that really matters.

This is the one shot the American people have to defeat BUREAUcracy, rule of the bureaucrats, and restore DEMOcracy, rule of the people. We’re never going to get another chance like this.

It’s now or never. Your support is crucial to the success of the revolution of the people.

Indeed. The spotlight is on like never before, and the rats are flipping out.
