We're counting down and it's 35 days until Joe Biden is finally out of the White House. 

But until then, he's continuing in his utter delusion about his time occupying the Oval Office. 

He's convinced that he's left the country in better condition than how ge got it, something which is just demonstrably untrue. He said as much at a DNC holiday party on Sunday.

He made not only the economy worse, helping to drive inflation up, but he also made foreign policy worse by getting us more involved in foreign wars and his horrendous failures during the withdrawal from Afghanistan. But maybe worse than that was how much more he politicized the system and divided the country. 

The American public rated him the worst president in the last 50 years in a recent poll, if that's any indication of how they much they don't believe he left the country in better shape.

Claiming he left the country better boggles the mind, but then he really went to delusion-land when he claimed that they ran a campaign that was "scandal-free." "That's hard to do in American politics," he asserted.

First, let's start with: Does he still think he's running a campaign? What campaign is he talking about? 

There were laughs there, so it sounded like there were some people who couldn't even believe what he said. 

Moreover, the campaign included an incredible scandal where people weren't being straight about his cognitive decline. Then, when the Democrat elites thought he couldn't win, they shoved him to the side despite the fact he had been the choice of the people in the primary. They swapped him out with Kamala Harris for the top slot, even though she hadn't gotten a single vote for it in the primary. So much for 14+ million votes of the people. Of course, karma being what it is, they lost anyway, even with all the machinations. 

Then beyond that, not being prosecuted doesn't mean that you didn't have any scandals. Actually, that's part of the scandals — never being held accountable for anything. Not being held accountable for classified documents in his house, in his garage, in his office. Not being held accountable for the laptop and foreign influence questions. He even pardoned his son, not just for the crimes he's been found guilty of, but for anything he might have done that could be a federal crime for the past 11 years. Talk about a scandal. 

Barack Obama said the same thing about being scandal-free, despite a variety of scandals. They think if they say it, you'll just believe it if there are never any consequences for their actions. 

Joe Biden has lied so much, I don't think he knows the difference between a lie and reality at this point. 

But he had a final comment (or was it a shot?) at Kamala Harris during the event.

"You're not going anywhere, kid," Biden said. "Because we're not going to let you go." 

Calling her a "kid" when she's 60 years old is treating her like a child. I realize that maybe to him, who is as old as Methuselah, that 60 probably looks like being a kid, but it's a bit of a putdown. Then too, she probably isn't going anywhere, and if they run her again, they really would be setting themselves up for another loss. Maybe she gets to be governor of California because it's controlled by liberals, but I don't think her chances for the presidency are good, they're right up there with slim and none, especially after she blew so much money in this attempt this year. If they run her again, they show they will have learned nothing by the 2024 massive loss.
