WATCH: Michelle Obama Remarks for Harris in MI Just Might Be the Funniest Thing You Hear Today

Michelle Obama came out to support Kamala Harris during an event in Kalamazoo, Michigan, on Saturday. She hasn't done much for Harris; she hasn't been out there like her husband. This is her first campaign appearance apart from the DNC in August, and we're almost at the election. She scarcely could have done less.

But to be fair, surrogates Barack Obama and Bill Clinton haven't been doing well for Kamala either. They seem to be accidentally throwing her under the bus and stepping in it more than helping her.

Barack basically attacked black men for not being sufficiently supportive of her and suggested they were misogynistic. Then Clinton admitted that Biden and Harris didn't properly vet the illegal aliens—like the person who allegedly killed Laken Riley.

Now it's Michelle Obama's turn. Once again, just like her husband, what you got was someone who was angry, preaching at you, and telling a fantasyland of falsehoods about her "dear friend," Kamala Harris.

Obama said they were ready to turn the page on the politics of division when they have been the chief proponents of such politics. Even the most recent ad that Harris put out is so low it's a bit breathtaking with how vile they are in stoking division, trying to connect Trump to "Asian hate," a murder, and even Japanese internment camps (which were ordered by Democrat Franklin D. Roosevelt).

She scolded men, saying that if they didn't vote correctly, their wives and daughters could become "collateral damage."

Then she threw a hissy fit, saying she lay awake at night wondering, "Why is this race even close?"

Um, because you have a lousy candidate and Trump is better by every measure?

But I agree with Michelle, it shouldn't be close, given how awful Harris is. You can hear Mrs. Obama already setting up the excuse for Harris losing: Americans weren't ready for a woman, you horrible sexist people. Echoes of her husband's faux pas about black men.

She's so ticked off Americans just don't accept what she says. But it got even funnier when she described Kamala. Harris is the opposite of everything she says here:

She's putting herself out there fearlessly facing down even her harshest critics. She's seeking out Republicans to find common ground. And unlike her opponent, she's not ducking interviews or cowering in safe spaces only with fawning audiences. No, she's showing us what a sane stable leader looks like. She's not losing her train of thought or stumbling over her words. And she's doing it all with vigor and grace. That's because Kamala Harris is a grown up.

This is the person who hid herself and wouldn't do an interview for weeks. She hasn't faced her "harshest critics." She's concealed herself behind fawning or softball interviews, with the exception of one Fox interview where she tried to filibuster and ended up stumbling all over herself. Meanwhile, Trump has been doing interviews with everyone, including interviews Harris is ducking like the "Joe Rogan Experience." She's not seeking out Republicans to find common ground. No, she's finding "Republicans" like Liz Cheney, who have already thrown in with the Dems, who have been rejected by other Republicans and/or voted out.

And how have those Democratic "grown-ups" in the White House worked out? Not very well, to our great chagrin, which is why people want to vote them out.

Listen as Obama claims that someone we are holding Kamala to a "higher standard" because we demand to know her policies and want answers from her.

What higher standard? Is she kidding? Harris has been held to virtually no standard. She was handed the nomination through an anti-democratic move and didn't receive one vote for the top position from the voters. She's refused to give definitive answers to basic questions. If you're throwing a fit like this now, it's because you're not connecting with voters. That's her fault, not the fault of the electorate.

Obama is upset that we expect Harris to be "intelligent and articulate and to have a clear set of policies." Yeah, what a shock -- how dare we expect that?

"To never show too much anger, to prove time and again, she belongs." We're not talking about you, now, Michelle, you're not the candidate. No, Kamala isn't the victim here.

This is a pretty hilarious effort to remake Kamala.

But this is a job interview for the most important service job in the country.

We have to know people have the ability, and Harris certainly has shown she doesn't.
