One of the things that we've seen across polls is that Kamala Harris is not doing well with male voters and that former President Donald Trump generally has the lead in polls when it comes to that group of voters.
MSNBC's "Morning Joe" even had to admit that during a panel discussion on Friday. Morning Joe contributor Katty Kay laid out the problem.
.@KattyKay_: "The real struggle for the Harris campaign is young men, older men, men of color, white men. And they're doing all they can. The debate next week will be really interesting to see how Tim Walz reaches out to that group." pic.twitter.com/mwL41t104d

"It's men," Kay said. "The real struggle for the Harris campaign is young men, older men, men of color, white men. Um, and they're doing all they can." Joe Scarborough tried to term it "old white men," but Kay was more honest.
What's the answer to this big problem?
"The debate next week will be really interesting to see how Tim Walz reaches out to that group," Kay explained. She said Doug Emhoff was also trying to reach out to men; they "know they have a weakness."
Oh, my. So Harris is so weak as a candidate that she's hemorrhaging male voters, among others. And their answer is she has to be saved by her emotional support guy, Tim Walz? The stolen valor, Howard Dean scream in the flesh? The guy who is always wildly gesticulating?

"All good. Get Walz on stage and have him wave like a maniac on speed" https://t.co/jQlqmoCbwC pic.twitter.com/UOj37beqxI
That's the guy they're going to rely on to save this campaign?
Plus, Doug Emhoff? Are there really any men who are going to be convinced by Doug Emhoff? What was that about the relationship with the nanny?
The problem of the Harris campaign is a simple one: people — it's not just men — are seeing through Kamala's fake act and vacuousness. And she's not helping herself, because every time she talks, it just gets worse.

You can't change that weakness by trying to save her with what these two men might say. Whatever they might say, she's still vacuous. She still has the same radical, failed record. That's who she truly is.
Plus, doesn't that sound pretty bad from their position — that they're saying Harris needs to be saved by men? To somehow make her more acceptable? That sounds pretty sexist on their part.
Just how weak is she?
Again, if you're relying on Tim Walz to reach out to male voters, you have misunderstood the nature of the problem. https://t.co/VLzQTSYs0S

Hard to believe that a political party built around demonizing men is having trouble with male voters of all ages, colors, ethnicities, etc. https://t.co/kWxsmYi9xA
