I reported part of Joe Biden at the Mayors' Meeting at the White House on Friday, how his weirdness is getting worse, including messing up Pete Buttigieg's name, telling a strange story about how you should marry someone with five sisters, and saying a questionable word when describing what his wife would do.

But it turns out that was just a teaser for far more weirdness and incoherence in the afternoon. I don't know how they can trot this guy out before a bipartisan group of mayors. Even if the Democrats accept this, you're going to have Republican mayors in there who are going to know how bad he is; they're going to get a good look, up close and personal.
He told some of the same general falsehoods about the economy, oil slicks on the windshields when he was growing up, and teaching at the University of Pennsylvania.
Then he got even more weird, confused, and loud. Usually, there are a couple of things he says; on Friday there were so many, I'm still just hitting the highlights.
Here, he appears to be talking about guns and mocking patriots, but getting the historical quote wrong in the process.
Biden is not well:

"I love people who say, 'THE BLOOD OF LIBERTY.' Or, excuse me, 'the tree of liberty is watered with the blood of patriots!' Well, guess what, man. I didn't see a whole lot of patriots that are out there walking around making sure that we have these weapons..." pic.twitter.com/Hq2pXo8khF
I love people who say, 'THE BLOOD OF LIBERTY.' Or, excuse me, 'the tree of liberty is watered with the blood of patriots!' Well, guess what, man. I didn't see a whole lot of patriots that are out there walking around making sure that we have these weapons...If you really want to worry about the government, you need an F-16.
Gee, that's comforting. This delusional guy wants to mock your rights, then say guns wouldn't be enough to protect you from the government--you would need more. It sounds like a threat.
He gave us a warning that if "Jill were here, she would say, 'Hush up, boy.'"

Unfortunately, she wasn't, so he was off to the races, rambling. From his own mouth, the alleged leader of the free world admitted his wife has to watch over his mouth, too.
When she's not there, you get this:
WHY IS BIDEN YELLING SO MUCH?

No, Joe, they don't believe you more if you yell. It's still just as ridiculous, you've cost us more money. The yelling is another example of likely cognitive issues.
He kept dropping delusional moments. He truly thinks--or thinks he can convince us--that we are at "our most powerful position" in history under him, when we've likely never been weaker or more at risk in years.

Here, he confused Hamas and the Houthis, and claimed that the Oct. 7 attack on Israel happened because he was going to normalize relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia, and bring along other countries.

No, that's what former President Trump had partially achieved with his peace effort and the Abraham Accords. He's taking credit for what Trump did. Biden insulted the Saudi leader, and they rebuked him after he visited there. Then he cozied up to Iran, so he destroyed a lot of what had been achieved.
He couldn't remember the title, "Surgeon General," for Vivek Murthy, so he filled in with stuff for that failure--another indication things are getting bad.
BIDEN: "One of the reasons I appointed Vivek Murthy, Admiral Murthy, to become the solicitor— excuse me, become the guy in charge of the whole mental health piece of this operation..."

(He means "surgeon general") pic.twitter.com/PxOu6VUHUY
He says every time he hears "Hail to the Chief," he wonders, "Where is he?"

Unfortunately, we all have to wonder that now.
