Joe Biden and his minions seem to have a problem with reality and the truth. 

They spread so much malarkey sometimes it reaches a whole new level of shameful. You could certainly say that about what White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said during an interview on CNN. 

Even Democratic politicians like Mayor Eric Adams have called out the failure of Joe Biden to secure the border. KJP was asked about Democrats now joining Republicans and raising the issue. The anchor asked what her response was?

Jean-Pierre claimed that the busing of illegal aliens to northern sanctuary cities was "shameful" and a "political stunt." She said that Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas should ask the senators of his state to work with the Biden administration.  

That takes some kind of nerve on her part to try to blame Republicans for the border issue that is fully because of Joe Biden's failed policies.

How is it "shameful" to be sending illegal aliens to sanctuary cities? The cities have declared themselves "sanctuaries," but then when you send people there, now Democrats like KJP complain. Texas is being overloaded all along the border. So she doesn't think they should send illegal aliens to places that say they will provide them services? How would that be bad, according to Democratic thought? Democrats just don't like their bad ideas coming back to bite them big time like this. 

Plus, wasn't the Biden team sending illegal aliens all around the country, including to places like New York City? So how is it "shameful" when Texas does it but not when the Biden team has been doing it for far longer? According to KJP's logic, Biden must be "shameful" too.

The Biden team is only upset now because they're being called out on their failures even by Democrats. They're trying to shift the blame away from themselves.

Republicans have been demanding that Biden take action for three years now to secure the border and just enforce the law — that isn't up to Congress; that's on the executive branch. So KJP and Biden can't skate away from that responsibility, they're the ones who are supposed to be enforcing the law. 

Abbott let loose in response to Jean-Pierre's attack, "KJP -- & Biden -- think Americans are fools."

Abbott made clear that they weren't going to let Biden's bad policies stop him from doing his job to protect the people of Texas — that Texas would "continue building barriers, denying illegal entry," as well as busing illegal aliens.

KJP is taking this tact now because they can never take responsibility but also because of the election. Most polls show this to be an important issue to the American people, and Biden gets dinged badly on it. 

But she can say this kind of thing until the cows come home, and no one is going to believe her.
