Some people have shame. I don't think Joe Biden is one of them.
Biden was "celebrating" the anniversary of the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) -- the thing that was sold as reducing inflation but was truly a huge climate change bill.
This is how they described it in Biden's public schedule, as "a key part of Bidenomics that is Investing in America, reducing costs for hardworking families, making the tax code fairer, and the biggest investment in climate action in history."
Notice those words "investing" and "investment" in there -- that's the nice word for spending, that thing that helps to incite more inflation, not reduce it. Imagine the gall it took to call it an Inflation Reduction Act and now, to be celebrating it, in the face of the still suffering American people.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) who was there with former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), also said they were not only celebrating the IRA, they were "backing Ukraine."

Translation: they are set to spend even more money. So again, how does that help reduce inflation?
But when Biden spoke, he not only let loose with some creepy remarks, but he also tried to sell people a bill of goods when it came to Bidenomics and the IRA.
This comment---trying to entice kids with ice cream---was disturbing.

"I wanna say one thing to your children. I know some really great ice cream places around here and daddy owes you, so talk to me afterwards," Biden said. That's the kind of approach parents usually warn their kids about. Yikes. How did the people who were there even laugh at that?
Then he made a bad crack that he was going to "keep his Irish down," putting out an Irish stereotype.

He's made bad comments about the Irish in the past including, "I may be Irish, but I'm not stupid." Not to mention that he hasn't been a "boy" in several decades.
Biden told his typical stories about "Bidenomics" that are not the case, including claiming "wages are growing faster than inflation" (when they're down three percent since he took office). He also claimed he wasn't raising taxes on people who make less than $400,000.
But he added a new spin that he usually doesn't -- he claimed that the IRA was saving people "thousands of dollars," with tax credits for solar and heat pumps.
Biden brags the Bidenflation Scam is "helping families save thousands of dollars in energy bills" — with tax credits for heat pumps and solar panels.

FACT: Americans are paying $2,250 more in increased energy costs since Biden took office. pic.twitter.com/uOn54Nl5jg
Yet, the truth is that energy prices have increased under Biden; they've gone up 30 cents just in the last month. Even CNN is admitting that Americans are paying $709 more a month on goods and services than they were before Biden came into office. He's already raised the financial burden on everyone. Biden touts tax credits for things that people can't even afford to buy because they're already paying so much more for everything else.
But perhaps one of the worst remarks he made in a slew of bad remarks was this clueless one.
Biden, on the second anniversary of his botched Afghanistan withdrawal:

"Name me a single objective we've ever set out to accomplish that we've failed on! Name me one!" pic.twitter.com/7v5faTFddv
Two years ago on this date, Biden was just starting to publicly address the fall of Afghanistan. That was a Monday, and fhe fall began Friday, but he didn't address it publicly because he was again on vacation. Thirteen Americans were killed in the botched withdrawal, and many more were wounded. Biden then left hundreds of Americans and allies behind. Biden checked his watch and told the families of those killed about his own son at the dignified transfer ceremony. Then he didn't recognize them on that painful, one-year anniversary. There was no recognition of the Afghanistan debacle in any official statements this week. Instead, we're treated to a "celebration" of a falsely named law.
When Biden was done with his remarks, he saluted the non-military audience. I'm not sure why he was saluting them but then, I'm not sure he's knows either.

Then he ducked out the side door as opposed to walking out through the room.
Did Biden leave through the side door so he didn't have to walk by reporters? pic.twitter.com/SknxrGLdHV

I think it's a safe bet he was trying to avoid having to take any questions about any of those uncomfortable topics regarding the Biden family scandal.
